‪Lovely small temple with about 50 steps easily doable. View from top of the temple is beautiful. The famous song of Rajesh Khanna and Mumtaz - Jai Jai Shiv Shankar was shot here.

‪Peaceful and small temple.‬

‪Good temple to visit. It can be covered by a pony ride along with Maharaja temple and 5-6 other places. Pony costed 1500 for couple.
Start around 5 pm if visiting in summers.‬

‪A small temple in the middle of the Gulmarg meadows is what makes this temple most striking, not to forget the iconic film song 'Jai jai shiv shankar' that was shot here in 1974 with Rajesh Khanna and Mumtaz. Flashback into many memories as you climb the 50 odd steps of this temple!‬

‪During winter the Rani temple dedicate to Shiva and parvati, is covered with snow to some extent...... This temple has been featured in various Bollywood films...most famous song of Rajesh khanna jay jay Shiv shankar has been filmed here in this temple.... Beautiful view of snow clad mountains in all sides.... This temple is seen from all over gulmarg.... Must visit once in Gulmaag... ‬

‪Nice Place and makes you feel good‬

‪When we planned to visit, it was heavier than usual snow fall and entire temple got covered with snow so couldn't see. However, when we went in evening a day earlier was great place and gave good feelings as well.
Place is shrine and scenic both‬
