The receptionist is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Ruins the whole experience. The massage and restaurant are nice but the reception makes the entire experience trash. I would not support an establishment like this, not worth the price.

Trash service and poor customer service look elsewhere its not worth it considering its far from manila from cold attendants and no privacy

I inquired about their services last December 4, 2020. I was shocked how the attendant replied to my inquiries. The tone was take it or leave it and not accommodating. Despite that, I still made the reservation. We went there last December 18, 2020. I was expecting privacy since they specified in their reservation confirmation that they are limiting the number of guests to ‘offer a more private experience with guests.’ When we arrived at the pool area to have our 45min bathhouse facilities experience there are already 6 guests lying on the benches having their massage. The benches are located right behind the pool so they can all see you while you have your ‘private bathhouse experience’ LOL. By the way, this is the exact message I received from QiWellness.
“The Bathhouse at Qiwellness Living offers limited booking slots per day as we try to offer a more private experience to our guests. With this, we ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your schedule. This will give you time to relax and familiarize yourself with our services. This is also the time that you fill up our standard Spa Intake Form as you sip your complimentary tea at The Teahouse. Please note that by arriving late, we may have to cut short your treatment time in consideration of the succeeding bookings.”
We probably have different perspective on the word ‘privacy.’
Because of that, we never had a relaxing experience since there are 6 people looking at you while you take your ‘private bathhouse experience.’ 😂
After taking a bath they let you shower in a cubicle with see through glass. If anyone of the 6 guests walk by the shower they can clearly see you taking a bath. Take about ‘PRIVACY’ indeed. hahaha
Then we had our 75 min massage. Massage was okay but, I was unable to relax again since more guests arrive at the bathhouse. Talk about ‘PRIVACY.’
QiWellness charged you P5,160 for this TRASH SERVICE. I don’t think you should be promoting ‘privacy’ as your main selling point since there’s practically none of it during my whole ‘private bathhouse experience.’
Obviously, that was the first and last time I will be stepping foot on that spa. Hope you guys won’t make the same mistake as I did.

The most AWFUL spa that we have ever experienced. From the customer service, venue, and massage itself, with no exaggeration, it was deadful!!
Firstly, they confirmed our booking via phone call for 12:30 PM. But when we arrived to the venue, they booked us for 12:00 PM without our knowledge, and to make matters worse, the receptionist welcomed us with a rude tone saying "Dahil late kayo, mababawasan na ang session niyo ng 15 min".
Keep in mind it was valentines day and we were three couples that's why we got the most expensive service (5880/Couple) that they offer. We were expecting warm customer service and private rooms, but we were surprised that all of us will be massaged in the same public area. Additionally, the public area is with no paint, and all of the crew like the security guard and utility personnel are staring at you while you are being massaged.
As for the massage itself, the masseuse were obviously untrained and unprofessional. One of the masseuse was simply rubbing without pressure, the another used her nails while giving the massage even though she was clearly instructed multiple times by the person she is massaging to stop doing it. The weirdest part of the massage is they were not offering oil as part of the massage. The awful rubbing that the masseuse were doing became painful because they were not using oil, even though we already requested for some.
Overall, it was like they were actively trying to make all the worst decision possible in operating their business. Hiring rude and inexperienced personnel. Massaging them in a sketchy public area that looks like a "bodega". My recommendation for their business is to close it down, and never join anything within the services business ever again. If I could give a zero in trip advisor, I would do it, but this is the worst I could offer. If you see Qi Wellness, RUN THE OTHER WAY.

For the price we paid.
1) No private room for massage all common area.
2) Time pressure they told us to vacate the bath area as soon we finished the massage.
3) poor facilities
4) no other options if you doesn’t like the massage. Because fully paid already so no choice.

My wife and I wanted to try a different “spa experience” so we tried the Yin and Yang package. We were greeted and ushered by the staff upon arriving. We started off with tea overlooking taal lake then proceeded to the dipping pools afterwards. Coming from Laguna, I actually expected on of the pools to be really hot but it wasn’t. After 30 or so minutes the therapists ushered us to our room and proceeded with the massage. I wanted the deep tissue massage but felt like I was getting the silk massage. Anyway, the massage was okay. We then had dinner. The food was okay but not mind blowing as I expected it to be considering the Php8K price of the package. Nonetheless, I’d still recommend this place to friends.

The moment you are ushered into Qiwellness Bathhouse & Spa you are greeted by the sound of a gong. It's the start of an idyllic Wagyu life, away from the stress of the traffic & everyday living. Cocktails while dipping in the hot & cold dipping pools while viewing Taal volcano in the distanceas, refloxology beside the pool chatting with my balikbayan sis & hardly disturbed by couples entering the dipping pools before their massage. Privacy is truly well guarded as you momentarily slip into a few relaxing hours.
A few minutes after, a 10-course degustacion is served with heavenly lamb chops & foie gras in the dining area washed down by a bottle of white wine while leisurely gazing at cast iron gas-fed bonfire on every floor. After dinner, a silken massage that is both luxurious to lull you to sleep & again signalled by the sound of a handheld gong ritual. Morning breakfast is congee and various dimsum delights after a dip in their pools amidst Koi ponds and waterfalls. Get the package, you won't regret it.

My husband and I did a guesthouse retreat and were thrilled by the beautiful spa and the incredible view. We did not expect such a gourmet 8-course degustation dinner that was almost worth the trip alone. The Chinese dimsum breakfast though was not to our liking, and would have preferred a western breakfast option with coffee. The massages were also very good -- but suggest that the therapists not ask for their tip right after the treatment, This definitely detracted. We were there for 24 hours -- why not leave a box for gratuities there at the checkout. We'll definitely look for opportunities to return.

Pros:
1. Great ambience.. Very nice interior.. Probably has the best taal view.
Cons:
1. Considering its price.. 15k+..they are not service oriented.. Although they specified that they are not a hotel nor a resort.. But 15k is 15k. We arrived earlier (3:30pm)as we were advised that it's traffic on Sundays.. They also indicated that check-in time is at 7pm..so we scheduled our 90 min silk massage at 5pm..we asked if there's any chance we could check in our bags earlier bec it was really cold and it was raining.. They said no because they're still cleaning the room (take note that i asked around 4:30pm)..so we waited for the 5pm massage... My therapist was terrible.. I kept asking her if she can increase the pressure but she ignored the request! The massage was finished at around 6:40pm..it's 20min away from check in time... I asked again if we can check-in already because of course we want to freshen up a bit and use the toilet before the 7pm dinner... Again, they said no because they're still cleaning up the room...seriously?!?!?! Btw, their checkout time is at 12nn!!!
2. Going back to my lousy therapist... She's not only lousy and terrible.. She's also RUDE!!! After dinner.. We scheduled our qireflexology at 9pm. We told the therapists to wait for awhile because we wanted to change to a more comfortable clothes and of course, a bathroom break.. After 5 minutes, the therapist came knocking as if she's in a hurry or something! Reflexology time..the same therapist was assigned to my partner.. She asked her to increase the pressure.. I was surprised that she rolled her eyes on my partner!!!! If she wasn't older than me i wouldn't hesitate to scold her!!! She was really rude!!! And to think qiwellness' specialty was supposed to be the SPA!!!
3. 8 course degustation was just fine.. Nothing really special. It was supposed to be a romantic dinner.. But the kitchen staff were noisy with their own loud music at the kitchen!!!
4. The bed was uneven and soooo uncomfortable!!! The comforter felt sooo itchy!!! I had hives (im allergic to dusts) so it means dusts are everywhere!!!
5. Their wifi is really weak!!!
6. They have no cable.. Movies were provided using USB but with limited selection!
7. We scheduled breakfast at 10am..we decided to take a bath before breakfast... Again, someone was knocking NON STOP at our door and it was just 9:50am!!!! Are they pressuring us with time?!?! It's supposed to be a relaxing vacation for just a day!!!
The place is undoubtedly breathtaking but i will definitely NOT recommend this! There are far way cheaper with great service at other wellness place.

My husband and I went here to since we were both tired from work, we want to relax and get a breather. We were not disappointed! We loved everything about this place! They don't overbook so they can focus on their scheduled clients. So, yes, better to set an appointment a few days before as they do not accept walk-ins. Upon entering, staff will welcome you and explain everything you need to know from their services.
Before the massage, they will take you first to the teahouse and serve you teas overlooking the majestic view of Taal Lake. If you feel a bit cold, they have set a mini bonfire to keep you warm.
After teahouse comes the bathhouse which we enjoyed too! We can enjoy the yin yang pool for 15 (or 30?) minutes. These are two pools - warm and cold. I opt for the warm pool (yin) while the hubby tried both. The place was so quiet we felt like it was ours for the whole time!
After bathhouse, were now ready for massage and yes, just as expected, it was very relaxing like we don't want it to end.
We didn't stayed there for the night but we would love to when we get back. Yup! We will definitely go back here to find peace and escape.
