‪I spend with Shivam 4 months doing the yoga trainning, i really liked. Its not the commercial one, for me was real, they are not people trying to confort you, but if you are open you could learn so much there... yoga is not only asanas.
I recomend people to do courses with shivam and to expend time with him after classes, he likes to do music parties.
And bhima and Monna are so nice people that will help you .
Advice from me to come with a big heart.‬

‪Gives yoga a bad name, be careful‬

‪We did a lot of research prior to joining a yoga course with Shivam. We met many teachers in Bhagsu including him and felt as if he was genuine and would help us to further our yoga and meditation. Unfortunately this was not the case after we had joined (and paid money) - he would often fall asleep during mediation sessions every morning, failed to pay attention to correcting our yoga poses and did not always seem to have good intentions. I soon discovered that the other students were equally unhappy and as they had already paid could not leave so easily. It all seemed like a money spinning exercise. If its a peaceful, calming and genuine experience of the body and mind you're looking for (as I was), I would avoid this place at all costs - it gives yoga a bad name.‬
