As like most kothis in the fort..its in total shambles...the mpt and asi neglect
.u have to have ur own vehicle to visit numerous kothis inside the fort but all are in shambles..even worse than this one

Residence of the Commander of Bundela Army, the palace is a beautiful building that is located close to Rai Pravin Mahal in the Orchha palace complex. An architectural marvel, it needs urgent conservation before it is reduced to ruins.

This was main center of all trading activities in the kingdom of Orchha and definitely talks about the grandeur those merchants have had. These haveli’s can easily be termed as replicas of royal monuments.

The ruins of this building is located within the Orchha fort complex, southern to Jahagir mahal. There is nothing to see much. Only the architecture of the entrance of the building and the roof is very unique. Floral motifs and arched domes are worth to witness.

Situated close to Raipraveen palace, an old structure belongs to one of the important minister at the time of budela kingdom. One can do it along with raipraveen palace.

This palace (kothi) is for the "Mantri" of Bundela Kings. It is situated
near Jahangir Mahal. It is not in a good condition.

Kothi which is hindi term of a mansion is located within the complex of Orchha fort. It is all damaged and cannot be visited from inside.

Dauji ki Kothi is an epitome of history. The place has a great historical significance. However, this place needs maintenance and has been neglected a lot.
