Absolutely loved our couples hot stone massages, so relaxing and felt like we were in heaven. The staff were so friendly! We will be back ;-)

Excellent treatment, really friendly staff and very fair prices.
Laura was excellent and if we were not a 4 hour drive away, I would be a regular.

Visited here for the Mediterranean Glow massage. My therapist was Corey and she was fantastic! Just the right amount of pressure applied and will definitely be back. They also stock some lovely Timeless candles to purchase.

We had use of the Spa's new 'Retreat' which is amazing. A self contained cottage with relaxation area (including nibbles, cakes, fizzy, hot drinks), treatment room and sauna - gowns and slippers all provided. We all enjoyed an amazing hot rocks massage from Laura and the sauna, being infra-red rather than steam, was brilliant. Highly recommended and a wonderful afternoon had by us all.

The hotel is in the perfect location and after your treatment in the lovely spa you can walk on the beach which is on the doorstep. Heaven.

Went out to Serenity Spa with a friend to have a girly morning pamper. The staff were great and couldn't be more friendly. Laura laid on some nibbles and some fizzy wine for us both. We both enjoyed a massage whilst there (one - Swedish Massage and the other a Hot Stones Massage) which was most relaxing. Came away from the place feeling refreshed and relaxed.

This is a lovely spa in a lovely hotel. I enjoyed a very relaxing massage & facial and my daughter had a manicure. Claire and Laura were just so lovely whilst professionally carrying out the treatments. The spa rooms were very clean and this really was a haven of luxury. Can't wait to return to both the spa and hotel

I recently visited Campbeltown and stayed at the newly renovated Royal Hotel (which is brilliant) and read about the Serenity Spa at Machrihanish which is located in the Royal's sister hotel The Ugadale. I had a fantastic hot rock massage, it was perfect. Highly recommend it.
