Had the deep tissue massage and it was one of the best ever. Lovely room and environment and excellent therapist. Would really recommend when in paro. My guide found it for me.

This place has a very professional and experienced staff who are highly capable. It was a great experience. Must visit place after a strenuous hike or just to get rid of the week's stress.

Tshetob was phenomenal, and the space was lovely. I was in much pain before my visit–shoulders, back, and hamstrings- after the Tiger's nest trek. Afterwards, I felt like I was walking around the world in a hot bath, completely relaxed and pain free. Her massage style is purposeful. I’m so thankful she had availability and for such a great price!

What an amazing experience I must say when you are in real need of a spa treatment and a massage after the hectic mount climb. The spa is located in the heart of paro city and the way the treat you is simply awesome. Don't hesitate to ask for a second cup of herbal tea which cleanse you inner body. The treatment was really out of the world experience done by a very professional American based lady Nicole. She is simply superb(always look for her, but if she is busy you really need to wait). Another mention i must say the director of the spa(such a benevolent and kind lady). I must definitely say if you are in Bhutan don't miss the relaxing time to spend with them. It's really worth. Thank you ladies and keep up the good work. Rahul

On my 3rd visit to Bhutan I discovered the Tshetob Ying Yum Spa. The visit turned out to be a highlight of my travels.
Expertly trained Therapists, Bhutanese kindness and the beautiful atmosphere created a fantastic experience .
I had the Full Body Massage which worked wonders and returned for the Chinese Foot Reflexology . It was a sensory awakening leaving me with the spirit of Bhutan..
Relaxed and Happy
No matter where you stay or for how long in Paro this lovely professional spa is the place to go.
Do not miss it

in the last 2 days i had two treatments at this place and both were amazingly amazing :)
i was specifically looking for a kum nye massage treatment to calm my condition, as i have not been sleeping properly for months due to hormonal imbalance and heat.
the owner did the treatment with heated sesame oil and nutmeg, which she applied on meridian points following tibetan traditional medicine. this was done with additional strokes over the oil and the entire body was treated. it was absolutely blissful... calmed my enegies on the spot, i have rarely experienced such an effective and pleasant treatment. it lasted about 2h
the owner did some of her training at aman hotel group who are known for the highest standards in hospitality. i can only agree, this was excellent quality.
today i went back for a reiki treatment. i think i was “gone” within minutes... the immense warmth emanating from the owners hands. i felt the energies flowing through my body - again, pure bliss.
i very much recommend this place, it is very professional and the people are so friendly and nice, it’s a joy being around them.

Excellent spa services from professional therapist. Very friendly and accommodative staff. Tshering is the best therapist. Did a full body massage and it was worth every penny. Very reasonable prices. No doubt the best spa in Paro. No second thoughts.

Dear Sir/ MAdam,
Recently we have been facing some troubles with my trip advisor page. I have tried to improve my listings with some additional informations but we couldn’t do any. It is also some how marked as “ this property is permanently closed”. In fact we are not closed, we are smoothly running our business. We also wanted to change and use our new cover photo but we couldn’t do this too.
Since trip advisor Page is very helpful for such small business and I therefore would like to request to help us solving those troubles we are going through.
