A magical experience from start to finish. The staff was great. Watching the balloon inflate was super interesting and the balloon ride felt like we were floating. The after flight Champagne toast topped off the experience. Excellent activity.

THE WORST! This was supposed to be the highlight of our vacation. We got up at 5 am and stood in a parking lot for 2 hours in the dark waiting for them to show up. NOTHING! We called and texted for hours. Where is the communication? I can understand that things happen but we’re still waiting….

We did an afternoon, sunset ride with Justin as our pilot. I have a slight anxiety about heights, so I was a bit nervous but the ride is so smooth, the rise so gentle, I wasn't in the least bit afraid..and we were high! I would recommend this company highly. If this is on your bucket list...DO IT. You won't regret it.

Booked and paid for our flight before arriving in Palm Springs. Woke early and arrived at agreed meeting point. It was a small cafe in a strip mall, everywhere closed including the cafe. Waited for a while and realised no-one was coming to meet us so called the company.
They said it was cancelled due to inclement weather (I’m no expert but it was blue skies with no wind!!)
Very disappointed no call or email was provided prior to trip to confirm the cancellation. They said they couldn’t call international numbers...yeah right!! Customer service were very unapologetic and unhelpful. What a waste of space!! Don’t bother!!

Booked the ride as a "team-building" outing during a corporate/owner retreat. Best outing we have ever done--mostly because it is unique (something none of us have done before) and we had a great pilot-Justin!! We did a sunrise ride and worth every lost sleeping minute. Justin picked us up at our resort and drove us to the launch pad where we watch the balloon being inflated. We all hopped in and up, up and away we went. I highly recommend this company--it is owner operated, customer service was awesome and the flight was so enjoyable.

Every couple should experience this adventure. We woke up 5 in the morning, but it got better and better after that. Balloon was beautiful, view was awesome weather was perfect, there was champagne after we arrived.
Highly recommended!

和好友家人一共六个人一起，坐了热气球，很喜欢，虽然在上升过程中有点小紧张，不过美景出现就让我们完全忘记了害怕。提醒坐热气球要少穿一点，热气真的很热的。下来后还不忘记给我们每个人一杯香槟还有孩子的汽水，非常暖心，

My husband and I truly enjoyed our hot air balloon experience. We met Steve, the owner, at Cafe Italia(owns this too) at 6:30 AM and had coffee and pastry while we filled out necessary paperwork. We then got in his van with another couple and drove about 20 min. to a field where 2 of his employees were already getting the balloon ready. We watched as it was inflated and as soon as the basket was upright, we jumped in. The 2 men on the ground let go of the basket and up we went. I wasn't sure what to expect as I've never been in one before but it was just amazingly peaceful and quiet. The only noise we heard was when Steve lit the burner to lift the balloon higher. We were in the air about an hour but it didn't seem like it. The landing was fairly smooth and we had a champagne toast afterwards. I would highly recommend Fantasy Balloon Flights.

So perfect! So well planned! The flight was serene and beautiful! The pilot was very helpful and had lots of interesting facts while in the air! The landing was PERFECT...slow and gently touching down!

The normal price is $195 per person for the sunrise flights. Approximate time in the air is about 45 minutes.
