‪They refused to refund us!‬

‪Had to cancel due to bad weather conditions. We could not reschedule because we were just visiting.
They just kept our money and refused to refund us!! After yelling at each other on the phone, we were just without help and feeling foolish to have trusted them by sending the whole payment in advance. Who does that anyway? We should have known.
So please STAY AWAY!‬

‪Amazing experience‬

‪I contacted Fly Jet Sports to book a fly jet for two. Later I ended up adding two others to the group and it was no problem. Booking was super easy and straight forward. Brandon was a lot of help assisting me through the process. He was always available via email, phone, and text. We were all first time flyers so we had our experience in Newport/Corona del Mar. The location was perfect! I can't remember the trainers name but he was wonderful and very helpful. He went through all the safety steps before having us fly. My sister and I were scared because we don't know to swim however they made sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. Overall it was a very fun experience and would definitely go back and do it again.‬

‪Great Service! Brandon was always super easy to reach and extremely helpful. I had his direct phone number and e-mail address. He was always attentive and responsive in a timely fashion.

We unfortunately had a Groupon which had expired and Fly Jet Sports were very empathetic to our situation and honored the Groupon anyway! I was impressed. I found Fly Jet Sports overall to be a really great business to deal with. Awesome job!‬

‪This was the most unorganized and dangerous activity ever! I don't think my instructor had ever flown! Why can't they operate in Newport Harbor? Mayb because more than just the paying costumer, saw that flyjetsports.com was and is a hazard to Newport Harbor! Never once was i told the truth Gus, Brandon, and Pat all lied to my face! If you get hurt its your instructors fault! So don't think that piece of paper they make u sign, is anything but that! Fake smiles, and a silver tounge is all these anmatures will offer!‬

‪The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I actually got yelled at on the phone. Good luck trying to make an appointment and hearing anything back from them. I wouldn't suggest this company to my worst enemy.‬
