The staff are friendly but I have serious concerns about the hygiene standards. I came for full wax and similar to most places in Asia it was a combination of soft and hard wax. The problem I have is the soft wax was applied using a roll on, which had direct contact with my skin (and probably previous customers before me) and the hard wax was applied using the same spatula (double dipping) another big no no. I specifically picked this place as it states the staff are trained to western standard but sadly, this is definitely not the case for waxing. The hygiene practices here are definitely not to western standards.

I do not recommend this place. Prices are high, but girl are not professional and rude. I wish I never came here. 👎

一日目行ってうまかった。感じも良かったので
2日めにもリピートしました。しかし、二日目の施術者がひどかった。
私の施術者は、首と肩が凝っているからお願いしますと頼んだのに足や背中を重点的にマッサージしていて、首や肩のマッサージになったら、指で表面の皮膚をもぞもぞなでて、動かすだけで、筋肉にも全く届いておらず、凝ってるのに触ってるだけみたいな感じで非常に気持ち悪くて帰りたくなりました。3回、もう少し凝ってるから強くしてくれと伝えても駄目でした。
個人的には、日本、バリ島、カンボジアで受けて一番気持ちの悪い施術でした。
自分で肩を揉んだほうが良いです。
同行者はもっとひどかったようです。
首や肩は撫でてるだけ。
痛いと言っても無視でその体制を続けたり、
ストレッチをした時は、足が外れて、ストレッチになっていないにと関わらず、その体制で待たせたり。
最後に、Thank youと伝えても、怒った顔で無視でした。当たり外れの外れがここまでだと。
お店の方には伝えましたが、まだまだ施術者の教育が必要なお店です。

Every time I come to Sihanoukville I never miss this Unique Spa. The staffs are amazing and the waxing is very professional. I would recommend you all to choose Unique Spa . And of course, the price is reasonable. Thank you for done a good waxing for me! Definitely be there again.

Having an amazing Thai massage at unique spa was so relaxing and refreshing I fall a sleep while they doing massage pretty good place to try.

My friend and I came by for a Thai massage and what we got was everything but a Thai massage. The first 25 minutes were spent just pushing my back at random spots. The lady didn’t really seem to know what she was doing and my friend had the exact same experience. Only good thing was the very relaxing atmosphere, but the massage itself wasn’t good at all!

C’mon, this place can’t be serious.
My boyfriend and I went for a Thai massage 8$ and it was nothing but Thai. They clearly didn’t know what to do for a full hour as they were applying pressure a bit everywhere on the body and that’s it. I’m sure they don’t have certificates, it wasn’t even a Khmer massage as I had that before.

I got the platinum package. Which came with a massage, coffee scrub, facial and pedicure. It was well worth the money.

The girl doing the waxing was very very sweet but the actual experience was horrible. I went for a full bikini based on reviews....The bed I was on had brown stains on it and there was no towel or sheet for me to cover up with. It was a massage table with no light in the room. She had to bring a lamp and a dirty wax pot into the room. Each room is ONLY separated by curtains which wave open every time anyone comes in or out of the building so I kept having to reach for the curtain to have privacy. And the wax was absolutely terrible- they used a single tongue depressor multiple times in and out of the wax and the girl was constantly blowing on the wax/my bikini area, not to mention it barely pulled any hair each time so she tried tweezing down there multiple times. So painful, so unsanitary and not enough privacy. I would not recommend nor would I go back.
