After visiting Vietnam and Cambodia and enjoying delicious food we were keen to replicate this experience therefore extremely fortunate to find a local Cambodian restaurant with excellent food and service - the delicious fusion of tastes took us right back! We had crispy duck salad, fish amok and lamb rendang- so authentic and the lamb was so tender and very lean. We will certainly be back!!

First of all I have to say that we've already done a cooking class in Cambodia. So there were some kind of expectations. They were all completely exceeded.
Sinuon was such a great chef and teacher. She was one of the nicest persons we met in Cambodia. Also the menu wasn't fixed. We had experience with fish amok and she said we could just change and cook something differnt. One of us cooked curry and the other one cooked beef loc lac for main course. This is TASTE OF CAMBODIA !!! Try it - it is really a good option if you seen enough of the beaches or construction sites !

This was a really enjoyable cooking lesson, learning all about the local Cambodian cuisine. We made a green papaya salad, fish amok and dumplings in ginger and palm sugar. Everything we made was delicious and we went home full!

Je recommande. Nous avons réalisé deux entrées, deux plats et un dessert. C'était très bon. Un agréable moment. C'est à faire!
Sihanoukville en soi n'est pas agréable mais coupler un bon hotel dépaysant et une super activité est une bonne idée avant de partir sur les îles.

AU TOP du top !!
Un tuck tucks est venu nous chercher à 9h30 à l'hôtel (trajet assez comique).
Démarrage du cours à 10h pour une durée de 3h. Chaque plat préparé est mangé directement, cela permet de faire des pauses et de discuter un peu.
Pensez à noter les recettes !!
La gérante nous à accueillies comme des princesses. C'était génial.
Du début à la fin tout était très très bon (et je suis chochote en nourriture).
Je recommande à 100% c'était génial.

Amazing little set up, 3 of us attended and were greeted with amazing hospitality. Even though she wasnt fluent in english the teacher was very easy to understand. Awesome food. Delicious. Best thing wev done in Sihanoukville

Un tuktuk vient vous chercher car endroit difficile à trouver. Accueil très sympa , chacun fait une entrée un plat un dessert qu’il choisit selon ses goûts. Tout est bien préparé à l’avance pour nous faciliter la tâche juste comme il faut. On déguste sur place, tout est très bon et on peut le refaire chez soi . Merci beaucoup pour cette belle journée.

We did this cooking class with my wife and two kids. The staff were professional, courteous and had such a great sense of humour. Food was absolutely delicious! As there is not a lot of activities in Sihanoukville this is a wonderful activity for a rainy day or just to get away from the resort and beach for a half day.

Every time we go to a foreign country we take a cooking course. We became foodies when our daughter became a chef. This was a great way to spend half a day. We made 4?dishes and enjoyed all of them. The only disappointment is that we didn’t go home with the recipes. I would really appreciate it if we could get the recipes to make now that we are tab home. Please let me know how I can get them?

Wer die Kambodschanische Küche mag, kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Es ist sauber und die kochlehrerin ist sehr freundlich und spricht gut englisch. Unser Essen hat super geschmeckt und ich werde mit Sicherheit meine Lieben zuhause damit mal bekochen! Es gibt Wasser und Tee. Eine saubere Toilette ist auch vorhanden. Bezahlt haben wir mit pick up und zurück bringen ins Hotel insgesamt $50.

I was told to be there at 10am. Her husband picked me up in his tuk tuk and brought me back to my hotel for $10.
It lasted until 13:00, so three hours in total, and you get to eat what you cook: a salad, a main dish and a dessert.
A great experience with a most knowledgeable, kind and patient chef.
The cooking lessons are at the premises of the restaurant Nyam, Street 1033, near the Deluxx Hotel downtown Sihanoukville. The chef now operates Nyam.
