Some of the puzzles were interesting, but the one-room design was unimaginative. I took some guests from outside the USA. It was their first escape room. They liked it but said it was a little boring. With some extra effort, this room could be better. Also, unprofessional employees on the phone and at the escape room. I had a promo code, but it didn't get applied because the woman just wrote down my cc number on a piece of paper.

We did this as a Holiday/Team Building event. We were all first-timers and we had a BLAST!!! We had a mix of ages and genders and it worked well for everyone. The staff was very courteous, helpful and patient. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is looking for an interactive activity that is not weather or skill dependent.

Awesome experience. The staff was very friendly. Tried The Chamber room. Definitely would recommend. Will definitely go back to try another room.
