No. You can walk your dog along the road and through the parking lot all the way to Point Dume, but you cannot go on the sand or walk along the shoreline with your doggies. The only dog friendly beach up there is Oxnard Beach after 5, and up at Leo Carrillo #3.

They don't advertise any tours to people who live here. The only one I see is Star Tours, which is an open top van that I think is showing people the homes of the rich and famous, from the street. The homes look a lot lot better from the beach. Maybe some people would like that tour, but all of the beaches in Malibu are open to the public below the "mean high tide line", and there are a fair number of public access points. To really have a chance to see a star, and the, save your money and go to Nobu on a weekday evening; or go to Carbon ("millionaires") beach through the public access next to Geffen's house, or the Colony beach from Surfriders beach (second point), when the tide is going out; bring along a beach blanket, a book and plenty of sunscreen, and just relax and watch the stars party. No autographs!
