Great theatre in all aspects. The service is excellent. All parts of the theatre are comfortable, clean, and give an atmosphere of relaxation. Good food at the concession stand. Small arcade to entertain the kids before the film.

AMC 16 is a family neighborhood theater with enough screens to show the latest movies to large audiences. They, of course, have great popcorn and the latest self-serve Coca-Cola machines, as well as slurpy machines. They also have a McGuffins' bar for drinks if you care to imbibe while you're watching a movie. I could see where this could come in handy if you're forced to watch a movie you don't like, however, there's a two drink minimum so don't count on it too much.
Unfortunately, the theater is getting older and it's past the time to replace all the seats. The restrooms are OK, but they only have really old hand dryers and no paper towels. So you can never get your hands dry and now with the Caronavirus it's a bad combination.
Overall, I like the AMC 16 and will continue to go there, but I really would like the management to install new seats and some new hand dryers.

Went to see Star Wars with my family.
No lines and were able to prepay for tickets.

Very nice theater. Clean the picture was clear, seats are comfy, and the sound fanstastic. Saw Ford versus Ferarri.

This theatre is very nice and especially clean! Which is alwasy a plus to me, but it could be so much better, and not cost them anymore money - I see a lot of potential in this place, but I think management is OK with how it is - which is very good, just not excellent.

Good place to see a movie before noon on week days I heard that there’s no cameras in the back parking lot. So be careful if you park there at night.

Toy Story 4, weekday, evening show. Two adults, two toddlers. This theater has changed owners 1-2 times since it opened. Still relatively new. Upkeep seems to be mostly good. Very clean theaters but the concession area was and has recently been a disaster. Popcorn and trash everywhere around the concession area. Staff is always good and friendly, just seems like they have plenty of people to keep things looking top notch. This is also the third time in a row, hot dogs have been sold out, and it’s going to be “20-30 minutes” before the next ones are ready. Nit-pickey stuff maybe, but, it’s not cheap to go to the movies anymore so they should be upping their game too! Will definitely return though.

Great place but just like all theatres expensive. Being a Premier customer is worth the price. I do recommend this business.

I love this theater. Everyone is always so nice and happy to talk to you. I love being able to use the self check in where you buy your tickets inside. Usually no waiting in line. If you do have to wait in a line it's only for a minute. The popcorn is always fresh, the nachos are always good as well. Really enjoy the large selection of sodas you can chose from. The restrooms are always clean. The lobby can get a bit messy, especially around the snack bar / soda area, but that is a bit to be expected. One visit, it was me with my two kids. There was a problem with the beginning of the film. It was fixed and we enjoyed it. After the movie the manager told me to come to the service desk. He gave me free movies passes for all three of us for another movie for another visit. It was to make up for the problem with the film!! Always feel safe in the parking lot. I've seen security patrolling the lot on many occasions. The parking lot is always nice and clean. This is a great theater for families, couples, everyone!

We are glad to have a large theater close by, but they are always understaffed. That makes everyone restless, especially standing in the heat.
