The Bruery makes amazing beers and it's such a blast visiting here when we come to Southern California. We've been to the taproom twice (and the Bruery Terreux, RIP) and we'll definitely come every time we're in the area. Their barrel-aged program is one of the best in the country and it's great if you can catch them on tap in the brewery (they're pretty expensive otherwise). They also make a lot of creative sours and pretty good IPAs so there's definitely something for everyone here. They have flights so it's a great way to try a bunch of their beers (and they have a ton on tap). They also have board games that you can play and it's a great place to visit overall!

WARNING TO CURRENT OR PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS - I'm disappointed that I need to write this review, but customers need to be warned.
I signed up for the membership last September and waited for the new year to reach out to ask for additional details. I called the company well over 100 times over the course of about 10 days. During that time I was only able to reach a someone at a tasting room twice. She referred me to Fulfillment which did not previously pick up or respond to emails. She must have pinged them because Jake Thompson (who apparently has the title of the Fulfillment Supervisor) finally picked up. He sounded like he was just about to leave work and told me that he would send me a YouTube video for new members and that he did not want to answer my questions and actually hung up on me while disconnecting the line which was truly unbelievable. He emailed the link a few minutes later and sent me a generic email 4 days later (at 6pm before he left work which is my belief).
Realizing that the tasting room bartenders and the fulfilment team would not respond, I tried to reach out during a Bruery's live stream event. It was the first clue to me that this company would deflect issues based on their responses (they are really unprofessional and cocky).
I decided to cancel my membership based on the poor customer service and realizing that all orders would go through Jake who appears to be either spiteful, incompetent, or antisocial. I looked into my account and realized that they double charged me (yes, $652.50 for bad service). They sent an email in October stating that their system had a processing error for their members and that people were double charged but that the credit was returned. However, the credit was NEVER returned and it was 3 months later (super shady).
I reached Daniel Munoz, VP of Marketing, thinking that he could help me and three days later he was available for a call. His response was that he thinks that they have the “best membership program in the country” and that it was acceptable that issues sometimes occur. He took no steps to save a customer or admit a significant problem exists (read reviews here and on Facebook, there are issues of fulfilment, random charges, processing refunds). But at least he helped direct me to the IT contact to delete my online account and credit card (my account’s still showed it would renew membership and other inaccuracies).
It is very apparent that this company’s integrity, customer service, and overall culture is poor (maybe most breweries are… search them on sexual harassment issues), and their brand has become tainted in my view based on their arrogance. I cannot support an organization that treats people so poorly and cheats their customers. I warn those that are interested in membership to stay clear as it will be a horrible experience. Why pay them for extremely overpriced beer to help subsidize their experimentations while they try to upsell and secretly charge you? They don’t treat you like a special member (they want you to praise them!), they are cliquish, and they don’t have any new member events, or non-ticketed events included as they promote…. And those that are already members, I highly recommend that you keep close tabs on your credit card statements because those “accidental” charges WILL occur. Take it from me... trying to get someone to look into the charges, obtaining your refund, and removing your account from future charges will be a real pain in the ass.

I had been here when they didn't have the tap room yet. It was very laid back and great choices of blended aged beers as well as sours. They have something for everyone. Very laid back place.
However, since the tap room opened the atomosphere changed a little. We don't hang there anymore. We go pick up what we need and head out. They do have food trucks outside on certain days. Check out their website to see what's going on.
We no longer are members of their Reserve beers any longer. We usually can find what we like and purchase that. However there are a few that are exclusive but we can live without it.

Stopped in to check out their large selection of house made beers. Outstanding selection of sour beer. As a bonus there is a food truck parked outside.

Bruery makes a vast number of brews, if you can't find one you like you probably don't like beer. Super easy to get to as well (as long as the freeways are moving. If not major surface streets are also close).

We went to check out their beers. They have light and dark ones to sample. Also they have pizza that you can order and I think a few other things on a small menu. If you want to have fun with friends or whatever, you need to check out the place.

I was so excited for a visit to this brewery. We get a limited distribution of Bruery beers on the east coast, so I was amazed to see how many were available in the taproom (there are dozens). They brew with unique but complementary flavor profiles, and the flight option allows you to sample 5 of these higher-ABV brews at a reasonable cost. If you strongly prefer plain-Jane lagers, this probably isn’t the spot for you. The flavors range from mildly unique to boozy to funky, but they did have an Oktoberfest available. :) I sampled a full range and enjoyed each of beers I tasted.

I wish I wasn't on a tight schedule and had to drive home. I got a flight of some great beers but didn't want to finish them all - one was 13% ABV!

I've been here a few times. They offer tasting selections of all their offerings. Some are excellent ! Plus check their schedule for food trucks!
All in all, a must stop in and check it out if you live in the area.

The Bruery has a lot of beers to choose from. It’s a small space tucked in an industrial looking area just off the freeway. There is a check-off menu similar to a build-your-own-sandwich style menu where you get to choose the beers you would like to try. Some of the beers on the list are off limits unless you are a beer club member (which is a tiered membership by the way, and very costly).
The beer: I was looking forward to trying some different styles of beer. I enjoy a good barley wine, and I was happy to see about 4 choices to choose from. Unfortunately, of all the choices, only one was not masked with additional flavors, be it coconut, or coffee, or some other additive. As I scanned the beer list, I noticed this was the same for nearly every beer they offered. It was very difficult to find a beer that wasn’t flavored with something else.
My personal preference is to judge a brewery based on how they make BEER, not how they can mix flavor additives. I tend to think that anyone can make so-so beer, then add a bunch of flavors. But I was hoping to have some classic styles of brew.
I know the flavoring of beers with chocolate and coffee and fruit is popular and many like it. But it was hard to find a beer without this. If you prefer to sample beer for being beer, there are better places.
