From the outside this place does NOT look like somewhere you would want your little one going to but once inside you start changing your mind. We found the facility clean and the counter person attentive and helpful. I'm not sure if we're just lucky or if this place is still a hidden gem but we've never found it to be crowded when we go. I like the fact that there is a small room for little ones to play separate from the huge play structure. One thing I would wish they could change was the restrooms and snack room. They are not really child friendly but you can't have everything.
Considering you can pay $10 and go in and out all day it's a steal for the price, and if you go several times you can get a free admission (can't remember how many though, sorry mommy brain). My 2.5 year old loves it there and always comes home exhausted. We've never caught any bugs from there so I'm fairly certain they are neurotic about cleaning the structure. Trust me I'm a germ a phobe.
Definitely a diamond in the rough.
