We stopped at Hanna on a Sunday to see what was available and decided to get a glass of wine (or two) and enjoy the view. The wine was a pleasant surprise and the two ladies working that day were fantastic! It was a really nice and welcoming atmosphere and the staff was highly educated. Some of their wines can be found in the stores which is really convenient too. Overall I would recommend visiting this winery.

I had a handful of wineries that I wanted to check out in the area...and this wasn't one of them. Luckily, I had an extra hour or so and visited Hanna. So happy I did. It was my favorite of all the Sebastopol area wineries. After being disappointed with the wines at Pax, Balletto and Red Car, it was refreshing to finally enjoy some quality wine.

We loved this sweet little winery. Our tasting person was funny and informative and the wine's were great! We even got a tip about a little fruit stand down the road that ended up being awesome!

We planned a tasting and pre-ordered lunch (they order from oakville grocery -another gem). The wines were wonderful. They are known for their Sauvignon blanc but we loved the Chardonnay and Cabernet which are only sold at the winery. The view from the tasting room balcony is beautiful and with the trip by themselves. I would definitely recommend stopping here.

The gardens on this property are sublime. A great stop off on the way to Mendocino, through the baby redwood forest.

Not at all like we remembered from 10 years ago. Wine tasting host was neither knowledgeable nor adept at pouring wine without spilling or resting bottle on wine glass.

Our group of 10 booked a wine tasting and had our lunch on a table under the trees. The wines were good and the scenery looking out from the deck was lovely. We all joined the wine club and are enjoying the wine too at home.

This is an amazing location, atop a hill, and beautifully laid out for events, weddings, or corporate gatherings. I am sure that pick-up parties are great. While we were enjoying the views, the wine tasting room staff were great. The wines were middle of the road, and considering they just got a >93 point Wine Spectator score for one of their wines, you think they would show-case it or at least let you buy a glass. No -- club only...

Thank you for your review of our site. We are so glad you enjoyed your visit to our Alexander Valley tasting room. We are sorry you weren't able to try our top scoring wines during your visit. The 2013 Bismark Mountain Cabernet that scored 93 points is currently on this month's tasting flight and also available by the glass. Our other top scoring wines are available for purchase at both of our locations. We hope you come back to try these delicious wines and other new releases.

I may be biased because my sister's name is Hanna with no "h" on the end so I stopped here to buy her a bottle as a souvenir. The wines were good, reds were better than their whites. Nice staff helping with the tasting. We were kind of in a hurry to get to another tasting and they helped us out in a timely manner. It was raining the day we went but the grounds were still stunning. Big wrap around porch to eat at and taste as well. I would recommend this place if you are in the area. Not a large winery but lovely tuscan looking building.
