‪There are very few model train stores remaining in the Los Angeles/Orange County area and this store is excellent! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they inventory of new and preowned items is excellent. They have many items on the “discount” tables as well as in the display cabinets and shelves. My friend and I are avid Lionel collectors/operators and highly recommend this location.‬

‪Very knowledgeable and helpful model train enthusiasts!‬

‪I know very little (nothing, really) about model trains, but I wanted to get my husband's old 50's-era model train running, and the people at Milepost 38 are so helpful and knowledgeable! I bought a new transformer here and when I had trouble getting the train to run with it, a quick phone call to Milepost 38 solved my problem and got the train running perfectly.‬

‪Lionel, MTH, LGB, etc., this place has it all. And, if you're looking for paint, scenery, etc., Arnie's Trains next door (model railroading) has you covered on that!‬
