Un altro dei tipici cimiteri Toraja e Suaya. Diversamente dagli altri luoghi funebri della regione, Suaya è il luogo di sepoltura dei re Sangalla e delle loro famiglie reali. L'ultima sepoltura di Toraja ebbe luogo qui nel 1972. Questo cimitero si trova su una collina e sulla superficie rocciosa si possono vedere diverse tombe in pietra e balconi di effigi in legno Tau-Tau. C'è anche un'a tomba ai piedi della scogliera che si crede la tomba islamica di un nobile.

siaya king grave adalah tempat makam suku toraja dari keturunan ningrat, walau takut tapi tempat wisata makam ini membuat saya makin tertarik untuk melihat2 keunikan makam ini

Salah satu situs kuburan batu yang bisa dikunjungi, gak beda jauh dengan Lemo, bedanya ini melewati kuburan2 batu dibawah saat mau keatas dan banyak yang depannya sudah ke buka hiiyy

Seit hier der letzte Toraja-König beerdigt wurde, sind die Königsgräber von Suaya langsam in Vergessenheit geraten. Der Dschungel holt sich langsam wieder das zurück, was ihm genommen wurde.

Ce site est impressionnant pour ses tombes dans la falaise, que l'on retrouve d'ailleurs dans d'autres villages, et ses tombeaux royaux de 1750.
L'environnement, très sauvage et luxuriants, est un attrait supplémentaire.

Hier werden de kisten op houten steunen, hoog boven de grond geplaatst. Vele kisten zijn deels vergaan, waardoor er skeletdelen vrij gekomen zijn. Ze liggen goed opgestapeld. Er zijn nog intacte kisten met mooi houtsnijwerk te zien. Een schitterende plaats, wat weg van de toeristische drukte

Famous burial site of the royal family from Sangalla, with the wooden effigies-tau tau – carefully positioned in the balconies cut in the large rock face. It is said that there are 7 royal families of Sengalla buried here.
This site is much quieter as the large busses cannot get here and the scenery of traditional villages and lush green rice fields on the way here is quite lovely.
Actually it was OK to see, but the road to get here was far more interesting and scenic.
