‪Very cool museum! Unbelievable amounts of information, cool exhibits and of course planes! Would highly recommend. Have never really been interested in history but this was fun and I learned a lot.‬

‪A tour so worth doing .‬

‪What a great effort by everybody volunteering there , Kirk our tour guide was very knowledgeable, to see all the the aeroplanes and realize that they all still fly and the effort that the volunteers have put into restoring is miraculous.‬

‪Great place to learn about aviation history and WW2‬

‪Took a docent guided tour this after noon, it was a fantastic experience! The docent, Eric O., was excellent - very informed, great storyteller and fun antidotes about the governments understanding of the alphabet. The plane displays and incorporated informational displays are topnotch. You can see the care and love that have gone into the creation of the displays. Plan a couple of hours to be able to walk through all the displays and fully take in everything, well worth the time! ‬

‪Best museum I’ve been too ‬

‪The staff there were so helpful in answering our questions! John Huntz was extremely helpful in teaching me how to use the simulator and land my plane safely on the ground. Bill was our WESPAC tour guide, he did an outstanding job at giving us all the information about all the planes they’re restoring. We got lucky and got to meet Matt, the guy who found the burnt and destroyed Helldiver at the bottom of Lake Washington. ‬

‪If you have any interest in aviation history or military history, this museum is a must-see. Besides the beautifully restored and operational aircraft there is a vast amount of written information, photographs, artifacts, and video from newsreel footage, all arranged in chronological order. Don't miss the slightly hidden exhibit on the impact of the war on daily civilian life here in the USA. We spent several hours there; fortunately it's not a problem to leave and come back within the same day so we took a lunch break partly through our exploration. The staff and volunteers are extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We'll definitely visit again in the future to revisit some of the displays and to take the guided tour of the restoration facility which we passed up on this visit.‬

‪Feel the experience of aviation and aviators in WW II‬

‪The exhibits were excellent giving a real feel for not only the technical but how that impacted the effectiveness of the aircraft. You also gained knowledge and insight from the docent stories and explanations. Our docent Kirk Brown was outstanding.‬

‪Beautifully restored WWII planes.‬

‪If you like planes and WWII history this is the place for you. Opt for the volunteer docent led two hour tour, it’s only five dollars extra and the money goes to the museum. The docent led tour also gets you into the restoration shop. After
the tour you can linger in the museum as long as you want. I would not recommend taking under six year old children.‬

‪The best guided tour was given by Ray he was excellent and knowledgeable. All the aircraft are in flying condition and there is a restoration facility next door that specializes in WW II aircraft. A complete history of the war was also included here.

‪Wonderful place with great staff and helpful tour guides. The airplanes are in very good condition and displayed in a great museum. The restoration facilities are very interesting and to notch. ‬
