Amazing experience with family! It was so much fun! and the designs were just breathtaking! Pictures don't do it justice!

The place is so cool. We went during the day, but I heard going at night is spectacular. Taking your adult children to activities can be difficult because you are unsure if they will enjoy themselves or be engaged, but they were completely into it, took lots of pictures, allowed me to take lots of pictures of them, and we toured the entire attraction. The employees were great, the entry line went fast, and it was well worth the money!

You need to pay to get in. Fairly large exhibit but nothing like China or other venues like Montreal. Not worth the hassle.

was very cool to see but definitely for family's with small children, ages 5-10 anything more than that and they will probably get bored, also great place to take some cool selfies. was a cool place to see but making a trip just for it is a waste of time, most people only spend an hour here.

Impossible to get ahold of anyone who works there! We paid for tickets to only have to reschedule. I could not remember the password to my account I set up to buy the tickets so I clicked the "forgot password" button and the system was supposed to resend a new password to my email. It never came. I emailed, i called, i tried to reset the password MANY TIMES and I couldnt do it. So because I couldnt log in to the acvount, I couldnt Reschedule so i lost out on allll my money! Screw this place!

this was such a nice visit. we went at night which is the best time to go. the have lights that illuminate the ice and makes it look and feel magical. they had a couple slides and tunnels that the kids loved.

We loved these! Going at night was the best option because the lights are amazing and add a ton to the experience. We absolutely did not think they were smaller than expected- spent well over an hour exploring and playing. There were minimal lines due to Covid spacing etc., so we got to do the slides several times - there are 3 of these - 1 medium, 1 big (where lines are longest) and 1 with 2 tiny slides for little ones (or grownups on their stomachs). There is a crawl through tunnel/cave made for kids and non-claustrophobic adults. Lots of ice sculptures and pictures opportunities. The fountain was gorgeous.
Definitely dress very warm, it's freezing and you're sliding down ice. Also, if you struggle walking in soft snow a couple inches deep prepare for that - we saw one lady with ski poles to help her (would only need these if you have physical limitations that would interfere).

Do not recommend. Based on the reviews and the shady way they do business. I had one ticket for myself to go at 6pm when that morning the Weather Channel posted a national weather alert for a storm blowing through that exact area and it said not to go out and drive in it unless necessary. Not wanting to die driving on windy mountain roads I had to skip. I had facebooked messaged them about the situation in the morning. They responded and said if I could not drive in it to email customer support. I emailed customer support. They sent a generic response with a phone number. I called the phone number. The phone line told me to email customer support. I emailed them and they again responded with the phone number. It’s literally just one ticket and no one can help me. They’d rather us risk our lives or have to fight and argue than just give up $17 I paid for the ticket. The entire month and season is sold out. They’re not hurting for money. They could easily help me with a VERY simple refund or let me use the one single ticket another night. Horrible customer service. Just a bunch of robots. Do not go here, there are plenty of other amazing winter activities that actually care about their customers.

Nice visit, wasn't as big as I was expecting, but it was fun looking for the sculptures and the kids enjoyed the slides. Was a big pricey.

The Ice Castle is a neat outing for visitors of all ages! It’s amazing to see the ice structure, especially at night when lit up! Over 10,000 icicles created every day! Entry is controlled by timed tickets; it was not crowded, so we were able to enjoy socially distanced. The big slide with plastic sleds was popular and a lot faster than we expected! Uneven terrain, so wear boots with good traction. This event is completely outdoors, so dress warmly!
