Really amazing place, everyone is there to relax and have fun. Water is clean, warm, staff does a great job, lots of activities for all ability levels.

Took my grandkids there just this past weekend they had an amazing time, looking forward to visiting next year

We had a really great time. Lots to do. My kids can’t wait to go back. My only suggestion is to make it easier to get up to the big pillow. Trying to climb a rock wall straight out of the water was too hard for 1/2 our group. Zip lines were fun. We will definitely be back

BEWARE! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU THE TICKET PRICE FOR JUST AN UPGRADED $10 WAKEBOARD. Me and my friends try to upgrade our ticket so we can do their wakeboarding. Then i got home check my bank statement and see they charge me for $147 for the 3 whole new tickets. Then i called them, one lady answered, as my bonus, she did fixed my problem with an attitude. Its unbelievable. Super bad experience. BEWARE.

I luv that it's a lake with cool things on the lake to do. I like the zip lining alot. super fun. jumping from the cliff amazing! I also really wanted to do the kayaks. I went to go do them at 410p & the girl told me they stop at 430. little bothered at 5 still people out on the kayaks. They have no drop off pick up for handicapped alot of walking. We ended up sneaking the car up. food was pretty decent . you can bring food & coolers in the park so that's a plus! people bring water shoes the lake is kinda Rockey. So sum it up it was fun. different, cool things.
zip lining, rock climbing, & maybe 5 or 6 blow up inflatable things in the middle of the lake! maybe add little more to the park. 1-10 I would say maybe a 6 for this park

Avoid this place. Overcrowded. No social distancing. We turned right around when we saw the long line just to get into the park with no attempt to keep folks 6 ft apart. Also variable use of masks.

Our family really enjoyed this park. From the zip lines to the wakeboarding our daughter and niece created long term memories. Even the old guy loved the Tarzan swing although my ribs may be hurting for the next few days. (I should have let go sooner). I’m not sure how enjoyable this place would be without limited capacity. Some lines were slow moving but somewhat expected. Check-in was easy since we completed our waivers at home. Limited tables so bringing your own chairs and blanket is highly recommended. We even brought in our own food. My wife and I consider this place the “Action Park” of Connecticut.

This is a fun place to go if you are in the New England area. Our visit was on a very hot Saturday. I wish I had printed out the waiver at home, the check-in process might have gone a little faster if I did. My son loves theme parks so paying the entrance fee me to do nothing but sit under the tree is fine with me. Can't put a price on memories. He did say that the lines are long and move slow. The lifeguards did try to enforce social distancing even in the water. Not the easiest task... hats off to them. The only thing that was negative was the extremely long wait to order food. They have an online ordering process but it did not work on my phone. The line area has no shade to stand in while waiting. Other than that it was for him and relaxing for me. Next time I will bring my cooler.

What an amazing park for ALL ages! We totally had fun. We didn't mind driving 2 hours from NJ to CT. We will definitely comeback!
Very professional and cool staff. They're all wearing masks, I feel bad for them because of this heat but still doing a good job, ensuring the safety of their guests.
Very clean atmosphere and they did have residents there, groundhogs. So cute.
They can only accommodate 25% of the park's capacity so you have to book your tickets in advance. Not too crowded. Social distancing still being implemented.

Do you really have to print your ticket at home, or can you just show your email confirmation ?

You can show the eticket and you will be good, also print the waiver cause it will save you time and get into the park quickly

I double checked with Brownstone & they don't have any age or height requirements for the park. The only thing with requirements are the zip lines which have a 50lb minimum and 250lb max. There is an activity area for young children, a floating course/play area which I estimate kids over 2 or so can enjoy. As far as the rest of the park there are zip lines, a rock climbing wall, rope swing, cliff jump & a large fabric water slide as well as numerous floating obstacles to climb slide or jump on. It's a nice place to cool off on a hot day & have a fun time. There are also options to rent kayaks or floating gazebos for 1/2 or full days which are nice to picnic in. It can be a bit busy on weekends but it's a pretty big area so there's plenty of fun to be had even with bigger crowds!

I'm planning on driving a carload of teens to the park. Do I need to pay the admission if I just want to hang out in the shade and read a book and not partake in the attractions? Where is the best place for me to park my chair?

There is one that is 18ft high and the other is about 40ft give of take.
