This store is amazing due to the wonderful staff and manager that work there. We had come into port by cruise ship, and after going thru several KeyWest shops found this one the best due to extremely professional, courteous, and friendly staff, but also great variety of items at great prices. What made this store really stand out above the rest was the manager and staff, they went beyond customer service. I had left a pair of expensive prescription glasses on their counter after shopping and left on the cruise ship on my trip which took over a week, by the time I got home it had been several days since I left them. I called and spoke to manager Sloan Kelly who was so friendly and helpful and had told me that they were found and taken care of waiting for the owner and processed the return home of my glasses. then I called back a few days later to make sure I gave a correct address and spoke to Sidney who was also very friendly and helpful and reassured me the address and was in the process of sending them that day. They were so friendly, patient and helpful and I received my glasses in perfect condition. This is what makes a great shop is the wonderful, hardworking staff taking care of their customers in an awesome manner.

Nice shop with good selection and top quality brands. I’ve been to Key West several times and never realized it was there. It is tucked away on the waterfront.

The only retail store I visit while in Key West. We shopped at Saltwater Angler three times over eight days. They have a large selection of quality merchandise and their service is exceptional. I also like that they put last season's merchandise on sale, so I try new manufacturers. I picked up four shirts from a new manufacturer (Hook & Tackle) and I love the brand. Great store, the best in Key West. Large selection for both men and women.
They also have a big selection of sunglasses from many manufacturers, shoes, flip flops, fishing poles, etc.

Make sure to look for this one. We only found it because of an excursion we went on, otherwise we would have missed it. Glad we found this store as we found many items for our family and ourselves here. They have a great variety of quality shirts, hats, fishing gear, and other apparel. Also, they do have fishing guide service is you are in the market.

This store has a little bit of something for everyone. There are tons of t-shirts to choose from and lots of water sports related items. Everyone in the shop is very friendly and helpful.

Sydni was an excellent sales person who helped our group find the perfect sunglasses and shoes for each individual's needs. Wonderful shop with excellent selection. Friends make this their annual shopping spot.

I live in a touristy area, living in Florida. And visiting Key West via Royal Caribbean, I expected exorbitant prices. Was I surprised! Not only was it a very nicely appointed store on the pier, but their prices were lower than the main drag of the community! And then with the sale prices, they were offering extremely good deals! Bought some good stuff!

What a cool shop, full of Orvis brand fishing gear and accessories, for the serious fisherman. Great place to browse and shop. Lots of outdoor seaside jackets, hats and sunglasses as well. The Saltwater Angler is located right along Front Street, in the harbor/cruise ship port area. Check it out!

We returned to this store,mainly because the young lady Sydni is so helpful.
We bought another pair of Costas (now three) because she knew everything about the glasses.
Nice to go somewhere where the staff are nice,well trained and are not pushy.
