Easy to book, golf cart was clean and pickup was quick. Enjoyed touring Key West on our own terms. Staff not so friendly.

Very poor customer service, much like dealing with a bot-non existent.
Had an awful old used bike, seat didn't adjust, returned after a few hours and got stuck with the 24 hour charge.
Oh and let's not forget the fact that they require you sign a BLANK credit card charge slip, as a deposit-nuts!
Far better outfits in key west to rent from, skip this one!

Easy pickup and drop off of a great cart that we used to tour the whole Key West loop and Duval etc. in about 3-4 hours. We recommend doing the area this way as streets are tight and parking is extremely limited.
We parked a ways away and walked the Duval strip one way and seen JV’s rental from Sloppy Joes and figured why not ! We then went and picked up our car ( after our touring ) with the golf cart and g/f drove it back to JV’s for an easy drop off of keys. Highly recommend JV’s rental and doing Key West in comfort rather than sore feet and only see 6-8 blocks!! They rent two /4/6 seat carts and scooters too.

The man who showed up to open the business was very rude to us. Our reservation was from 8:00-noon. It was past eight when he showed up. He rudely informed us that it would take him twenty minutes to "open" and that we would have to wait even though our reservation was at 8:00. I asked him if he was going to deduct any portion of our fee that we had already paid since he wasn't giving it to us our reserved time. He snorted, rolled his eyes at me, and said that our time would start when we got it. We were at port for a short day from our cruise ship. We had our short day planned out where we would bring the cart back and then do one more activity before boarding the ship. This guy doesn't care about his customers, doing a good job, or what your plans are for the day. We ended up bringing it back early because we had other plans that we didn't want to miss out on. There is no way that I would rent from this place again.
Another thing to note: They offer free shuttle from the pier to their store front. There were no instructions on where they would actually meet you to pick you up. If we would have opted for this, I cannot even imagine what time we would have actually gotten the golf cart!

Renter beware: there is not even a partial refund for inclement weather if you are unable to use your golf cart rental at all. They are just banking your money.

Bike lock key fell off wristlet key ring while riding bikes. Bike was locked to bike rack directly across the street from rental facility. Went the next morning to explain what happened. Rental company then decided to charge me a fee to cover the cost of a new Lock and an additional day of rental fees. Ridiculous that they would charge additional fees. The guy was a rude jerk. It's not the money... it's the principle and certainly no way to run a business. The lock and extra day rental fee cost me more than the initial payment for renting 2 bikes for the day. 😂 Do better.

Awesome service, easy rental process. Great location. Gas was included, no extra charge or surprise. Highly recommend, will rent again.

This is the fourth year in a row for us renting from this company. Never had any problems. I’m confident of using them again next year

We've been using JV for yrs. Always great customer service, easy to rent, great to deal with, parking for golf cart right at Duval St.

Great rental experience. The staff were great. The golf cart was in excellent condition. We had so much fun we went back the next day and resented the same one all over again. Best way to enjoy all that Key West has to offer. I can walk but have a wheelchair for long distances. A regular transport chair folded up and fit right in the back.
