The Service was suppose to pick us up. After 45 minutes trying to call, text, and email them asking where are they, I gave up and took Uber. This company not answer their phone. If you don’t believe me try calling. They’ll tell you to send them a text message or email. They responded to me saying they texted me. They posted the text and it was someone else’s phone number. They tried to blame me.

I wish I could make this kind of stuff up that happens in my life 🫣. We booked this company to pick up me, my husband and my 2 kids (ages 22 months and 4 years old). First time we ever flew on a plane with them, first time ever traveling with them as we are going to disneyworld. We flew into Sanford due to where we live and I was already stressed about the trip I was hoping to find good transportation since we neede car seats. This company seems to be the only ones that offer car seats that I had found.
Turns out I should of keep looking. I called when we landed after I terrible flight bc our youngest cried the whole way. Brian answers says he told his guy the wrong day but he could be there in 20min. We were outside with taxis and other car services, he gave me the option to see if I could find anything else and he would refund my money. I understood he made a mistake and at that moment I was thinking we could get something in front of us.
Turns out we couldn’t find anything with a car seat. I call Brian back and ask if he could still possible come get us. He said he already gave me that option and pretty much to bad to sad. He stated I hung up on him and got frustrated, which I did not hang up I said ok thank you bye. And if I sounded frustrated I mean yeah- I just got off our first flight expecting our ride to be there. I said are you kidding me? My son who is 4 has cancer and I need to get him to the hotel and he cut me off and said- OH DONT PLAY THE CANCER CARD WITH ME I HAVE CANCER TO. There was more said but honestly I was so disgusted by the way this human talked to me nor do I allow someone to talk to me like that, I hung up. Declined his calls and we had to rent a vehicle. I will be reporting him to the better business bureau and the department of transportation. Brian regardless if you have cancer or not, you don’t treat people like that when you run a business.

We booked from SFB to Disney Resorts and back. The representative on the phones was super helpful and understanding when we had to reschedule the dates due to illnesses - we did call maybe a few days in advanced to reschedule. On the actual trips driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We also requested car seats for our kids, as we didn’t want to lug ours around, and they supplied exactly what we requested. Would recommend for families 100%

The owner of this company is absolutely horrible. He is borderline abusive. My only regret is not checking trip advisor or yelp sooner to realize how much of a looney toon he is.

Very negative experience. Booked a shuttle from SFB to Disney and back on the first (9/23/21) and last (10/3/21) days of our trip.
Pickup was fine. I would not describe it as a 'luxury' vehicle, but it's priced to match compared to competition so no complaints. Pickup driver was friendly and professional, helped us with out bags, opened doors for us, and wore a mask until we told him we didn't mind if he removed. All the things you'd expect any other car service.
The return trip was terrible. I believe that the driver was the owner (Brian). He did not get out of the driver seat when he arrived. We had to load our own bags. Did not wear a mask at all or ask if we were comfortable without. Proceeded to talk about himself and his past business exploits unprompted by any of us for the entire 45min ride, as well as his strong political beliefs. Absolutely unprofessional in about every way imaginable, we couldn't wait to get out of the car.
And I'm an adult, I can deal with just those issues. However Brian's driving was scary. He ran 2 red lights blatantly, and that was after I started paying attention. Poor service & quality are one thing, but we felt in danger on this ride.
Honestly my own fault for not looking into the company beyond their own website before booking. Check out Yelp, it's full of terrible reviews and nothing but petty, dismissive responses from Brian where he takes zero responsibility for the shortcomings of his company or his personal conduct. We all know this personality type.
Avoid this company. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because our first driver was fine. If we'd had the same experience for the return ride, it would be a 5 star rating because I'd feel like I got what I paid for. Not worth the headache.

NEVER book with this company! I mistakenly booked for the incorrect day. I called and asked if they could accommodate us today and they weren't able (not a big deal). I then asked for a refund and the tone changed. The man on the phone told me it wasn't his mistake and hung up on me. Then he texted me and told me I should use a calendar. No compassion!

They were on time for both the pick up at the airport and the pick up at Legoland. Both drivers were very friendly and we had an enjoyable ride. We had to switch our ride from LEGOland to Disney to back to the airport due to COVID 19 and the swap was easily met. I would use again if in FL and not going straight to Disney on Magical Express.

SUV that picked my family up last night was not a Black Escalade with a no #6 decal. It was a much older (11+) White Yukon. Vehicle swayed like a boat for 1-hr ride to Disney. My wife and daughter got car sick.
Paying a premium, expected a newer vehicle as promised. Uber cost half price.

Great service and car. Travelled in luxury to hotel from the airport for about $5 more than a cab but with the benefits of NOT having your legs up in your chin and NOT feeling like your were being raced there by some one who was between jobs but was going to be the next Bill Gates.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable relaxing drive in a superb car with great driver which was just what I needed after a 10 hour flight. Thoroughly recommend

Last year we booked a trip to Disney via the Sanford Airport, we did not realize there was no bus so from the plane we made a round trip reservation with American Luxury Transportation on their easy to use web site, everything went smooth from start to finish, they met us at airport, had a car seat, stoped at a grocery store and brought us to our resort, it’s a very simple straight line, they did what I paid for. The drivers were both nice, Brian and Derick are chatty but informative, 40 years of Orlando driving between them, they dressed business casual, no suits, vehicles were dated circa 2006 or so but they rode smooth, were comfortable, dvd worked for the movie frozen, on one lleg the seatbelt cover came off, seat belt worked fine just ugly, I would give them a 4.5 due to seatbelt cover but I will round up, we will use in April and my parents are coming this time, good company doing a good job in a very happy place
