The experience for me was perfect, very relaxed day and Wonderful Massage session with Steven Salters, The best part his professional techniques and listening my Inquires, beautiful energy and I feel brand new, muscles releases tension, pain and stress. Love the Massage, definitely I will come back. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Highly recommend him. I am ver happy and facility and staff was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The entire experience was absolutely breathtaking. The staff will treat you like royalty, the environment is beautiful, and the overall experience was a dream. My boyfriend sent me here for my birthday and I got an amazing service from the lovely Nelli. She was the sweetest and by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to in my entire life!! I would give her 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend you request her. She did everything right during the service, and knew exactly what she was doing. I will definitely be back because this was the best service of my life!

Stephen is a massage therapist at the Ritz Spa in Orlando. I had a massage with him in March 2023, and it was the best massage I had in my entire life! Stephen knows his craft, and is very dedicated – he is also competing in an international massage therapist competition in Copenhagen, this spring. If you have an opportunity, definitely request Stephen for a massage!

Hands down the best spa in Orlando! Spending a day here feels like a full on getaway weekend. Steven Salters is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had the privilege of receiving a service from. He was blessed with a gift in his trade and the community is fortunate to have him!

I had a Deep Muscle Massage with Steven Lawrence Salters. He was absolutely amazing and it was a wonderful massage. Overall, I had a very relaxing experience and the Ritz-Carlton Spa provides a very calm environment with their pool, tasty restaurant, indoor jacuzzi, indoor steam room, indoor sauna, and indoor waiting rooms. I enjoyed spending the full day at the Spa!
Overall, great experience! I will say, I think the price is a bit high for a 50 minute massage, but I guess the price is as expected for amenities on the property.

I had the most amazing 80 min facial with Jamie. She was so friendly, very attentive, and gave me what I have to call my best facial ever! So relaxing, but also she has a great touch and the products used smelled lovely. I highly highly recommend you ask for her by name!

This spa was WONDERFUL!! I booked a body scrub and massage for my birthday and it was exactly what I needed! All of the staff were so warm, welcoming and kind. Each of them wished me a happy birthday as they took me back for my service and they even offered me champagne to celebrate! I felt so loved and taken care of! Included with the spa is the opportunity to spend the day relaxing at their spa-only pool, which was also incredible! The food was healthy and the service was excellent!
The best part of my day was the massage I got from Steven. He was AMAZING!! I get regular massages, however Steven was able to quickly tune into the tight areas of my body and gently massage the stress away. He also offered me some wellness tips to incorporate into my life.
When you book your massage, ask for Steven!

The Ritz-Carlton, Orlando, Grande Lakes Spa is one of the best spa facilities in Florida and competes with others in the country. The attention to detail, service provided, and holistic treatments make this location a must.
Even though I have been to this location several times, I just wanted to recognize the work of the front desk agents, Sophie and PJ, in this spa location. The service you receive is fantastic from them, and I can't wait to go back to see them soon.
Legia is a fantastic massage therapist, and I can't wait to book an appointment with her. Finally, I have to say that I was touched to see PJ and Sophie outside the spa during our wedding to say congratulations. It was touching and thankful to have seen them before our next important steps.
Thank you, guys, for making our stay extra unique and memorable. We will make sure to return.

The facility in Orlando is great! I spent the entire day there at the spa, while my husband was in meetings. Worked out in their well equipped gym, cleaned up in the locker room area, that had additional soaps, salts and, lotions, took advantage of the sauna and spas…BUT, the absolute best part of my experience there was the massage that I got from STEVEN SALTERS. I have been attending annual meetings with my husband there for five years and have been getting massages from Steven Salters most of those 5 years. I come home and get monthly massages from a therapist I use here locally …. But I have to admit, that the very best ones I get ever, are the ones I get from him. And this is the absolute truth, so help me god! I swear. I can’t wait to go back next year.

Yes, you can. Call the spa to inquire. Alternatively, you can get one of the cheaper treatments/hair cut and still have access to the spa for free.
