Scammers!!!!! Don't buy anything there.
They are scammers, they make you buy transfers with wrong information. They tell you information and after payment they change the conditions. Never book anything there, they are a scam!!!

shameful and dangerous.
zero assistance.
I booked for a private bus in the name of supertours and I found myself on a FLIXBUS.
there is no one to welcome you. they are ghosts. i paid extra 50usd for suitcases. they couldn't tell me where the bus stop was.
an agony.
I'm disgusted they should close.

this is a warning not to book with this company,
i had booked a transfer from miami to orlando for 4 adults and 5 children, we were given an e ticket by supertours to be at lexington hotel on miami beach at 6.00am as coach was leaving at 6,15am and it would leave as stated on ticket , our party got to lexington hotel foe 5.50am to be on the safe side we were waiting for 30 minutes when decided to call supertours ,when eventually got through to operator i told her we was waiting for bus she advised me bus had left at 5.30am,
i told her i had a ticket for 6.15am departure and had been here since 5.50am as advised by supertours , she then checked my booking and confirmed my ticket was correct but they had changed the schedule . i asked her how would we have known to be at departure pont for 5.30am if we had not been informed.
she just said there is nothing they could do and told me to phone manager back at 10.30am.
as we where left on the street at 6.30am with 5 children and 9 cases without any other option we had to call 2 taxis who took us to the airport where we had to hire a minibus to drive to orlando,
how a company could leave a family with children on the street at 6.30am without trying to resolve the problem is beyond reason.
we had to incur cvosts of 2 taxis plus minibus hire plus fuel which cost us around 300 dollars ,
when we arrived in orlando we phoned super tours to complain but they just fobbed us off and said there was nothing they could do and would refund me the fare i paid, when i asked was they going to reimburse for extra costs for minibus hire they just replied no chance.
i just hope no one has to endure this happening to them and book with a different company .
book with supertours at your peril

Nunca fueron a buscarnos, nos habían informado que pasarían a las 6 am por un hotel de Miami, llegamos 5:25 am y Nunca fueron.NO LO CONTRATEN Y SE VAN A AHORRAR UN DISGUSTO.

Serviço prestado por essa empresa é excelente. Fiz o trajeto de aeroporto Miami até hotel em Orlando / kissiimme com eles. Reservei tudo pela internet , 40 dias antes da viagem e ainda tive . desconto de 10% no valor total ( paguei $54 dólar id e volta). Ônibus limpos, com ar e poltronas confortável que declinam bem. Em Orlando eles possuem um ponto base da empresa ( sala com ar, água, banheiro, internet, máquina de salgados e refrigerantes) , onde , passageiros vão para vans e são levados até hotéis na região. Ponto de saída desse ônibus no aeroporto de Miami é no 2° piso ( piso embarque) portão 20 setor H. .. Saindo do aeroporto você verá um ponto de parada externo número 5 ( atravesse a faixa de pedestre). O tempo de Miami a Orlando São de 4 horas ( ponto base da empresa). O trajeto é tranquilo com 2 breves paradas ( aeroporto fortlau e west Palm beach.) Vale muito a Pena usar desse serviço quando se quer gastar menos e usar de bons serviços. Na base da readcoach em Orlando muitos brasileiros trabalhando nela atendendo e motoristas de vans ( destaque para o Luís que dirige uma van ,que é paulista e a 10 anos em Orlando . Muito prestativo e comunicativo). Ônibus e vans possuem internet.

Booked Miami > Orlando > Miami on 4th/5th October. Bus to Orlando was well over 30 minutes late and was a minibus, expected to be taken to a central pick up point and transferred to the air conditioned Coach with Wi-fi, movies and WC, this never happened, we travelled the entire journey to Orlando in cramped & crowded minibus with no space or WC. There was a stop off at a gas station just over half way where we had 15 mins to stretch legs/use restrooms etc...one of our fellow travellers decided at this point to leave the minibus and make alternative arrangements to get to Orlando...hope remainder of his journey was more comfortable than ours was. Good point was that we were last drop off and instead of taking us to the official drop off point we’d booked the driver took us directly to our hotel that we were staying in, probably because it was closer for him than the drop off point
Return journey the next evening, pick up was again over 30 mins late, had to call the company to check we hadn’t been left stranded and was told driver would be with us in 2 minutes, which she was. Again it was a minibus, however this time we were transferred to large coach for our return to Miami. Coach was comfortable.
Would not recommend or use again

I booked a bus transfer from Orlando (Walt Disney Area) to Miami South Beach for 11th Sept. through Gotobus. However, due to Hurricane Dorian we weren't sure if were going to come to Florida at all, so I called Gotobus and Super Tours to ask for refund stating the exceptional circumstances, but they both blamed each other and said no refund is available at all. When hurricane Dorian went past, we arrived in Orlando, but we decided not to go to Miami on the 11th as planned. Instead, we wanted to change our booking to 14th from a hotel near Universal to Miami Airport. We asked someone from Visit Orlando Information centre to call them to change it. They agreed to change the date and drop off point for another $15 extra, but totally refused to change the pick up point.
This morning we got an Uber and the address they gave us took us to Animal Kingdom car park. The Uber driver called the bus company, only to be told we were supposed to at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. By the time we arrived at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, our Uber charge had doubled and we only had 10 minutes to pick up time.
Did he (Giovanni) come on time? No... I got someone from the resort to call them again and the lady I spoke to told me that the driver got lost, as the address was wrong. Then she asked me to tell her the address!!! This is their normal pick up point apparently, but he still managed to get lost.
When he finally came half an hour later than the time we were told, he wasn't apologetic, he was rude, he didn't help us with the bags either. They have a rule of no drinks or food in the minivan, which I understand, but he was very rude explaining that too.
We then found out his second pick point was just 4 minutes drive away from the hotel we stayed in near Universal. They could have easily changed it for us but didn't.
The whole 4hrs 30min drive, he had head phones in and was on the phone all the time. He was driving with one hand while holding the mic to talk. We felt really unsafe the whole time. The only reason I'm giving one star is that , without that I can't post the review. Please don't choose this company.

I booked a 6 night stay in Orlando and visits to 3 theme parks with transport from and to Miami, The price compared ok with similar packages but with hindsight I think it would have been easy to book everything separately. Once in an Orlando hotel, it looks easy to book theme parks and transportation. The hotel was excellent (Clarion) and all the transportation provided by Supertours worked. HOWEVER there was absolutely no communication about times of transport and how the theme park tickets would work (it turned out we had a single day ticket and a two day ticket too making up three days of theme parks). The hotel provided transport to/from theme parks but I had to call SuperTours for information the day before about travel back to Miami. This caused some unnecessary uncertainty. I booked through Miami Tour Company so they and/or Supertours should have provided more information.

I ultimately decided to book our one way trip (from a Walt Disney World Resort to Miami) with Super Tours of Orlando because it said on their website that their coaches had free wifi and ‘movies on board’. However, we boarded the bus to find out, confirmed by our driver, that there was no wifi or movies. Very misleading!
Additionally, there seemed to be communication confusions between the bus driver and the passengers. Passengers (English and non-English speaking alike) were unclear if the stops the bus driver made was indeed their stop/departure point.
Furthermore, the bus was humid and muggy. Passengers also weren’t listening to audio with headphones - the company needs to begin each coach ride with some ‘rules and guidelines’, eg. wearing headphones to ensure the comfort of all passengers.
Would not recommend riding with this company, they’re not worth the money.

El bus nunca llegó y tuvimos que alquilar un auto. Esperamos una hora y media a la madrugada de Miami y nadie atendió. Luego nos dijeron que tenían problemas con la página y que habían cambiado el horario. Perdimos todas las reservas del día. Un servicio nefasto, de gente a la que poco le importa la gente.

Does anyone know if the bus actually drops you off in front of your resort hotel like the website implies it does. We are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, and we are coming in from Miami. On the ticket it says, it will drop us off at our hotel, but I find that TOO convenient. Haha.
Does it drop you off at hotel or by the gate of hotel? Lol
