No, we didn't. We just walked in. Tour times were listed on their website. At the time of this writing, Every Day : 12 pm – 5 pm every hour (First tour at 12 pm last tour at 5 pm)

If you look at their website it says what age is senior. I’m not there so I didn’t pay attention to it. If you buy tickets through Groupon and get the discounted tickets, I believe you do need to schedule a time, but I’m telling you it’s not busy so don’t panic. It’s a good rainy day afternoon activity, but overall it’s to get you in their store to buy chocolates, drinks, or lunch.

No.they don't have wheelchairs but area is very roomy to accommodate one. There is very little walking involved. Hope you get to go.

It depends on the age of the kid. You could take a child of any age, however I don't think smaller children(under 5) could grasp the history of chocolate they give you. It's not a place you could let your kids walk freely if they are touchy/grabby kids. On the flip side, the tour is only an hour. We loved the tour. If your child isn't tired(which makes them whine) or one that wants to run all over, you would still enjoy the tour.

Desserts, cookies, some baked items and a few sandwich options. Website is the best bet

The extra fee is ten dollars. You can pay this in advance when you first arrive or at the end. After a whopping $16.00 entry fee this didn't seem worth it for overly sweet chocolate. There's plenty of better product in the entry store.

I do not know if they have group discounts. We got the fondue for two package there, and it was the same price as buying online.
