I'm not sure how there are so many great reviews, but I was charged $677.98 for two half day rentals and no one showed up. I received and confirmation email with waivers, which I signed electronically. I was at the boat ramp addresss provided with my family. NO ONE SHOWED. Not only that, but when you call it goes straight to voicemail and the box is full. No email back, no text back, zero communication. I reported this company to the fraud department and rightfully disputed the charges. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND AGGRAVATION!

Pretty sure this isn't even a legitimate business. I made a reservation online for a JetSki rental over a month in advance, paid for it and everything. So two days before my reservation I get a email saying that my reservation was canceled because the business closed down, and that my full refund would go back to my account. Well it's been almost 2 weeks now and still no refund.

Used this company a few times and always very reliable. Good Jetskis , good communication.Would highly recommend.Will be back next year.

It was amazing. They acomadate you to the nearest lake, lagoon whatever is closest to you and the best thing, they bring the jet skies too you! Will deff. Be using again once back in florida

We had a great time riding on the lakes in Winter Park on Wednesday! The jet skis were very nice, in great condition, and very easy to use. Highly recommended for a fun-filled day!

We hired out Jet Skis at the Butler Chain of lakes, close to Disney. This was our second attempt due to bad weather and Makaio promptly re-scheduled as on a convenient day. As for the jet skis, they looked very new and we had great fun out on the lake. We had two of us per Jet Ski but I would advise to have one each or take it turns as when we done this it was more fun. I would highly recommend Makaio as the whole experience from booking to general communication has been effortless and easy from the start and the experience was great fun for all ages.

We rented 2 jet skis on the Butler chain of lakes in southwest Orlando/Windermere. Overall the entire program was fantastic. The owner did a great job. The jet skis were new and he was on time. Would definitely do it again!

This place is great. They make renting jet skis super easy. All I have to do is show up at the dock. I've used them twice in the last month because it's so convenient. I've only rented jet skis at Lake Maitland but I was told they will deliver to other publicly accessed lakes in the area.

Just found out that the business is closed for the 2016 season. Please be advised. Drove in due to reading great reviews on trip adviser and discoverd that it was closed. What a disappointment.

Thanks so much for your review! We are so sorry we missed you while you were in Orlando this spring. Although we are off to a late start, we will be open and available for fun begining May 21st, 2016. Let us know when you are in town again so that we can serve you. When looking for some jet skiing in the Orlando area, I stumbled across Makaio Watersports and immediately knew this was the place I wanted to rent from. I was willing to drive over an hour to rent from someone else who had restrictions with the rental. No one that I am aware of offers the ability to explore multiple lakes like Makaio! Included in the fee (which is quite reasonable), they will drop off and pickup your Jet Ski Rental(s) at more than 4 lakes / reservoirs in the Orlando area.
You show up and go within a few minutes of arriving. When you get there, they give some history of the area, orientation of the lake and operation of the jet ski like no other.
I recommend 3 hours easy for Lake Minneola, simply because of the adjacent lakes and the vast amount of water you can cover. It is well worth it! These folks are fantastic and their Jet Skis are a lot of fun to use; and well maintained! You can't beat the experience anywhere else in Orlando in my honest opinion. I will be back soon! Makaio - Thank you for making my weekend!

Hello and thanks for checking in with us. Our regular rates in season are $129.00 per ski per hour but with it being our off season we are offering hours on one ski for $65.00, 2 hours on one ski for $89.00 and an offer I think the above poster was speaking about. We are selling 6 packs of hours for $267.00. The benefit of the 6 pack, is that the hours are good for 1 year, can be used in sets of two or more at a time and can be used at different chains of lakes each time. We work with the Minneola chain, Butler, Winter Park and Conway chains of lakes in Central Florida.
We are a full service company. When you call to purchase or book, the date will be tailored for you. You may buy up to 3, 6 packs at a time for holiday, New Years or special occasion giving until the end of 2014 when our prices will begin making their way to our in season prices starting March 1, 2015.
The skis are just beautiful and the locations are breathtaking. Our skis come fully gassed up and we have life jackets for your entire party so you will never experience add on prices.
You will never loose your time or money with us should it rain or be too cold and you will never be disappointed with the service. We look forward to serving you.
