The Country Bear Jamboree is a classic Disney attraction that has been entertaining visitors at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom since the park’s opening in 1971. The attraction takes place in an air-conditioned theater and features a cast of animatronic bears that perform a variety of country and western songs and jokes. This was a welcome break from the Florida heat on the day that we went. The theater is in Frontierland across from Tom Sawyer’s island.
The show is a fun-filled musical revue with animatronic bears as the stars of the show. Each bear has a distinct personality and style. There is Big Al, who sings a soulful rendition of "Blood on the Saddle," and Liver Lips McGrowl, who belts out a lively version of "Mama Don't Whip Little Buford."

What can I say, this show is corny, but so much fun. OK, if you don't like country music, maybe you should pass this by, but you will be missing a treat. Yes, the jokes are silly, the songs are silly, the bears are silly and that is what makes this fun. Plus it is in a air-condition building and that is always a plus on a hot day.

We visited the Country Bears a few days after Christmas. I was disappointed that we missed their holiday/Christmas themed show and were back to normal, it it was still fun. This is a good place to cool off in the hot weather and a nice break and place to sit for a while between long lines elsewhere. The jokes are kind of “Dad joke” type, but fun.
They have adapted the theatre to COVID requirements- up to 4 people on a group, separated by plastic shields. Larger groups need to split up. Enjoy!

The country bear is always a wonderful experience that is a toe tapper and leaves you smiling. Big Al is the best!

Corny and cute! And we never miss seeing these talented bears sing and chat. The songs and shtick doesn’t change, and that’s all right. There’s something comforting about singing bears and bear musicians. They are unmasked, but everyone in the audience was masked, sitting far apart to maintain social distancing. We couldn’t help but stomp our feet, clap along to the music, and let out a YEEE-HAW now and again. We felt energized after this show.

A mi hermana pequeña le encantó esta atracción con los osos que se movían y cantaban al resto de los miembros que fuimos con ella no nos pareció una gran cosa.

Everyone really be out here paying hundreds for concert tickets when you can just wait a few short minutes to see Big Al sing about blood on the saddle or whatever and if you ask me it’s the best concert you could ever attend. An absolute must do.

I remember this show as a child. I loved it then and I love it now. However, my wife and kids hated it. But this is my review and I think it is awesome. It is a little bit inappropriate at times, and not strictly politically correct.

A typical Disney show - animatronics, cute characters, wonderful lyrics, and a fast paced entertaining show. Good for all ages and a chance to relax in comfortable seats during your Disney adventure.
