Chose this tour versus the other company’s due to combo tracker to see museum. It is not a hop on or hop off which was OK for what we needed. Passed many tourist looking for other trolley.

Our guide, Jeff, was great. He was so energetic, and hilarious, his story telling of the history was awesome. Jeff made the trolley tour so enjoyable. Thank you!

We had so much fun on this trolley tour! Our guide, Jeff, was incredibly well informed, energetic, welcoming, and wholesomely hilarious. Jeff made this trolley tour the highlight of our trip!
St. Augustine is absolutely gorgeous and receiving a mini history lesson via the red train is definitely the way to experience it. ❤️

Great tour of the Old City. I spend the winter months in St. Augustine and when friends come, this is the best way to show them around the city. Jeff was our driver tour guide. Absolutely great! Very knowledgable and incredibly entertaining! We learned a lot and laughed a lot. HIghly recommend.

I was looking for something fun to do during a day trip in St. Augustine and this one hour train tour was the perfect activity! Our tour guide, Handsome Alex, was so entertaining and full of fun facts about the area. We attended the tour on the day of a St. Patty’s day parade (unknown to us) and had some traffic but Alex truly made the best of it since we hit some traffic. If you’re looking for a way to spend an hour and get to known the area, this is the activity for you!

Great time. Jeff, our tour guide, was a lot of fun and did a great job. Tour was just the right length and covered most of the popular and historic sites in St. Augustine. Highly recommend.

Riding the Red Train with conductor Tiny Tim is a must do. We saw places and learned things we’d never have without Tiny Tim. It was a fun experience!

Hello, We have enjoyed riding the Red Trains many times when we have visited St. Augustine. My question is, will you be returning to the hop on, hop off routes anytime soon or will you continue to only do the tours with no on/off option? Thank you

As of right now, the new once around option has been so popular that we do not have any intention of going back to the on / off. This also gives visitors to the city options as one company still does the on / off, and we offer another option for those looking for just a tour. Thank you!

If you can transfer onto the train, which is about a 12 inch step, we can Stowe a chair for you. Unfortunately, the vehicles themselves are historic and cannot safely be retrofitted with a lift. Please let us know if we can assist you in any way. Thank you!

Which hotels does the free shuttle pick up at? I can't find a list.

We pick up at all hotels in town and any on state road 16 out to I 95. We do not pick up on Anastasia Island. Thank you!

How much is the cost of a 3 day pass for seniors? Is the offer still on if we are both over 55 where the second ticket is $10.00, does this apply to the combo ticket for the odditorium and 3 day pass? I am just wondering which is the best option

We have a new pricing structure where the first one day pass is $24.99 and the second is half price. You can the. Add as many days as you’d like for only $5 per day. We also have BOGO half price for Ripley’s so that is still your best deal. Thank you!

We do offer complimentary shuttles to and from many of our local hotels. Please call 904-829-6545 and they can set up your pick up if we do go to your hotel. Thank you!

Just purchased tickets online for a 5 day pass. The email confirmation and receipt don't contain many details. Do we have to drive to the old train trolley main location to redeem or do we use the receipt to board right near our hotel?
