Clean and spacious spa equipped with bar and play area.
However room has a moudly smell when the Aircon was switched on for the first 30min.
There are different types of spa packages available and the staff are not those pushing for sales.

Nice vibes when having our massage. Spa representative waiting for us right from the beginning at the ferry terminal. Brought us to the spa and once ended, he will drive us back to any 1 destination that we want. Price wise is good and affordable. Massage wise, can be improved still.

This spa was recommended by our driver, as we were planning to shop at the newly built grand batam mall, and have a massage afterwards. Kamaya is right opposite the mall. It is clean, with very reasonable price and also offer free transportation ( for town area). I had a hot stone massage for myself and a kids massage for my daughter. High quality massage and truly a relaxing experience. Will definitely come back again.

My 4th time to Kamaya & everytime their service never failed to impress us.. we tried their foot & full body massage. It was really good & we felt lighter after the massage. Ambience was good, service was awesome. Their masseuses were friendly & well trained. Reasonably priced for all the services provided. Special shout out for Reza, Nelly & Tiara for their wonderful touch. Will definitely be back again! Thank you!

It was our first time to Kamaya but definitely not last. From start to finish it was impeccable. The driver was already waiting for us the moment we reached the ferry terminal. We booked a scrub + massage and a hot stone massage. Reasonably priced. Thank you Kamaya Spa!

My husband and I went for the Lavender Couple Bliss Spa. It was a wonderful experience as the services was excellent. They have a whatsapp services for customers' enquiries and they are very prompt in replying. They cater for couple massage and even have couple jaccuzzi. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Although the duration was 3 hours and we feel that it was abit too long, but it was worth it. The package price is also affordable. The ambience of the spa room was very relaxing. We are able to distress and even rest our eyes during the massage. Really excellent services! Will definitely come again to Kamaya Spa whenever I visit Batam.

Love everything about it.
The ambience, the deco, the therapists, receptionist.
The well priced packages and location just opp mall.
The free transport shuttle.
Super clean and comfortable.
Became a member now. Will return again.

14 of us went for body massage, foot reflexology. The service is excellent and the price is acceptable. Room atmosphere also is good. Definitely will come back again

My wife and I came here after reading good reviews. Started with their driver fetching us from our hotel, greeted by their friendly staff at the counter and of course, the massage and foot reflexology treatment which is worth every ruppiah! No regrets! Thank you Kamaya Spa! You truly pampered us!

Appointment was easy through Whatsapp. Free pickup to and fro hotel. English speaking Front desk is friendly and recommend the Mineral Glow and Scrub which was so good. The masseuse, Diyara, is very experienced. She knows where to focus the massage. Ambience is relaxing. 5 stars facilities.
I feel very light after the massage, and definitely glowing.

Our spa can accommodate 18 pax of you and we have various packages that may suit you. Could you kindly provide us your email so that we can email you our spa menu and spa packages. Also our spa provides two way free transport where we can pick you up before and after your treatment with us.

We have various types of menu and you may visit our website to have a look at a detailed selection of menu and all of its prices. Our prices are nett and there is no additional charges to it. Alternative, you may email us which we will send you our detailed menu in pdf form.
Our traditional body massage of 2 hours is at Rp 350,000 and we have other treatments such as aromatherapy body massage, foot reflexology or foot spa, hot stone massage, mineral glow (body massage with body scrub), body spa treatments, ear candling, facials, nail treatments and many more. Please feel free to let us know should you have any enquiries and we will be more than happy to assist you, Jackie.
