I located this on TripAdvisor. I saw good reviews so decided I would try them. I had 6 places I wanted to see. They recommended the Batam Miniature House Indonesia I wasn't sure about it so we went. I highly recommend it. I'm unsure but from looking at Google Map it appears we backtracked a lot. Vino was a good driver. I recommend.

We also found Raska Tour Batam through a google search. Our decision to hire a driver was last minute but very luckily Raska Tour Batam said he was available. His charges for $70 per day (as we were a family of 5) was transparent and there were no additional hidden charges as per other driver services that we searched for online.
I was informed beforehand that the driver would be changed to someone called Vino - who is as courteous, professional and very qualified in doing his job. As it was a Toyota Avanza (7-seater) that required the folding of the chairs in the middle section, Vino never hesitated in helping every single time to unfold the chairs so those at the very back seat could leave the car. He is also always very early for our agreed meeting time - super reliable.
I would greatly recommend Raska Tour Batam to anyone looking for a driver in Batam.

My batam trip was great with my driver name Vino, such a polite and respectful driver. It's only 600'000 IDR ($60) for a day with vino. It's worth it, whenever I say wait me in the lobby in 1hours time, he will say "i am already in the lobby"... how fast!! Takes care of the customer feelings, always on time and will always recommend us to go somewhere like the DC mall, BCS mall, Nagoya mall, Paintball, go kart and more... Raska and Vino is in the same team... But i was attached to vino as my driver... No regrets going to this trip with the driver.. Need a driver? Ask Raska for Vino's number.. Anyway his car is 7 seater! Get a driver that's in the same team as Raska and you guys will enjoy ur trip to batam guys!! (A pic of me and my driver) MISSING BATAM AND ALSO MISS MY DRIVER, VINO

I found Raska with a Google search and it turned out to be a great find.
I required a driver for a whole day to explore accommodation options and golf courses in Batam and Raska responded to my enquiries clearly and effectively prior to arrival by ferry.
He met me at the arrivals door of the terminal, on time, as arranged.
Provided a safe, professional service with an affordable daily rate to get me from place to place for the day.
He's easily contactable by text or WhatsApp.
I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

As this being our first visit to this beautiful our neighboring country's tourist spots, all of us were very exited, especially our grandson Isaac & other children who came with their parents. From the Ferry Terminal as we entered the Island, it was an amazing views of welcoming in nature. We checked in at Nongsa Point, which is about 40 minutes’ drive from Batam Centre. Nongsa Point has private villas which we stayed in and also chalets. Our friends Ventura & Su from Singapore who knows this place well took us for a long drive. We saw the private boats docking at the marina nearby and has its own private beach. We saw big ships cruising in the far distance. Many beautiful beaches, huge shopping mall, nice & clean hotels, classic & budget ones..
People from all walks of life & from other countries enjoying themselves, either at the beach, restaurants or shopping. There are beautiful Churches, Mosques & Temples are available for worshipers.There seems to be no security problem at all/ Everything was peaceful & nice. Everyone were happy to be here. We will return with our other family members & friends sometime later.
