Maximum weight 275 and I know they take small children though I don't know the age. They had a little girl that weighed 40 lbs once and a woman who was 93! Pretty broad range.

They do sell ATV rides. Not sure what they cost or how long they are.

There are various zipline options, from single to multiple lines. I believe they start around $30, it would be best to check the website for pricing. Worth it😊

I am 71 years old and recently zip lined at Nacoochee Adventures. It was great and senior friendly.

The tree houses are located in a secluded area on our 600 acre campus. They are 1/2mi into the woods from our main office. The tree houses are totally primitive--so no water or electricity. There is an outhouse nearby and then regular bathrooms/showers accessible 24/7 at our main office 1/2 mi away. Check out our website for photos of the tree houses and all the info about them!

Unfortunately our insurance does not allow us to let people bring their own vehicles. You can only take the vehicles that we provide.

You must be at least 16 years old with a valid drivers license in order to drive. We only offer the sidexside UTV vehicles so anyone under that age can ride as a passenger as long as they are over the age of 7.

Hi Gloria! If what you mean by treetop adventures is that you're in the trees while zipping, then yes we do have that! You zip from tree platform to tree platform.
