‪لقد ذهبنا في رحلتنا السنوية إلى GA بالبقاء في Unicoi هذا العام، كما فعلنا عدة مرات في السنوات العشر الماضية. التجربة تستمر في التحسن. استوعب الموظفون التغيير الذي أجريناه في الموقع في اللحظة الأخيرة بفهم وكرم لا يصدق. أخذنا حفيدتنا البالغة من العمر 5 سنوات تقريبًا لأول مرة وتجاوزت السيدات الموظفات اللطف معها. عليها أن تلمس سلحفاة وتداعب الثعبان. لا أستطيع الثناء على كل شيء بما فيه الكفاية. سوف نعود العام المقبل وفي كل عام ما زلنا قادرين جسديًا.‬

‪مخيم جميل. لم تكن منذ عام 2004. بقيت 9 - ليالي. المضيف والموظفين كانوا جميعا لطيفين ومتعاونين للغاية. هيلين على بعد 10 دقائق فقط بالسيارة. مدينة جذابة مع الكثير من خيارات البيرة. كان مهرجان أكتوبر على قدم وساق. قم بعمل الأنابيب. إنه ممتع للغاية. تنزهت سيرًا على الأقدام في شلالات آنا روبي 2 ×. يتم الترحيب بالكلاب اللطيفة والودية للغاية على الطريق. استمتعت كثيرا بزيارتنا.‬

‪This is an upgraded State Park. The facilities are nice and their Activities Dept. Are hard working! If you are looking for Fly Fishing, Archery, Air Shooting and Zipline - they have it all!
In their Activiry Dept. They have a few people who will teach you the sport and safety prior to use. Our instructor was great and it was so hot when we went out.
There are lots of trails, RV parking and cottages to rent.
There are Visitor shops in the area as wekk.

‪Hidden Gem in GA‬

‪Passed through to go hike Anna Ruby then came back. It was gorgeous. So much to offer for everyone. Rough camping or cabins for rentals. Zip lining. Lake with beach. Hatchet throwing, canoeing, boating, archery, there is just so much to do. Then there is the hiking. So much lush forests and nature to get lost in or some easy paths to wander.‬

‪Not a nice place - wet dog smell‬

‪When we arrived I ask if I could see a room before paying over 450 dollars for 2 nights . I was told no. We opted to stay . We were in complex C which smells like a wet dog in the halls . The room was ok and we got unpacked . When we returned from dinner both keys would not unlock the door . We went to the desk and got new keys. We ask for 2 extra pillows and we were told they only had 1 at this time but we could get 2 more later ?? Unsure how that works .
Won’t stay here again . They try to pass this off as a lodge but it is more like a place for summer camp . Very dated and a disappointment!‬

‪Short Drive to Helen - campground is starting to show...‬

‪Park seems to be run by a vendor to GA State parks. The park, especially the campground is beginning to show lack of attention. Potholed roads, broken fixtures, inadequate heating in the restroom/ bathhouse. Many sites are in need of gravel and electrical maintenance (dirty outlets). Found Lodge not to be very welcoming - stale. Our visit was over Christmas and New Years. We had just visited another GA State Park and was amazed - Unicoi not so much. It is less than 10min drive into to Helen. Well-kept check-in area and gift shop. This is not what we would consider and average experience but just below that. If we had to give a rating 1-5 with 5 being the best Unicoi earns a solid 2.75 overall.‬

‪$75 A NIGHT FOR A CAMPSITE EVEN WITH NO FULL HOOKUP?‬

‪I tried to make a camping reservation at Unicoi, but not paying $75 a night for campsite. This place has gone downhill since the private company took it over! The last time we were there, it was run down and not kept up. Don't bother!‬

Good morning, We are so sorry you feel that way. Actually our service scores and upkeep of the park/campground have consistently been extremely high (95 and higher out of a possible 100) for many years. These are the scores given by the hundreds of folks that actually stay here every month not just the random few that post on T/A (1 or 2 a month). In reviewing the T/A scores it appears that if you scroll down the vast majority are indeed 5's. Again, sorry you don't feel this way but I assure you that is not the norm.

‪We went on our annual trek to GA staying at Unicoi this year, as we have several times in the past 10 years. The experience just keeps getting better. The staff accommodated our last min site change with understanding and incredible generosity. We took our nearly 5 year old Granddaughter for the first time and the staff ladies went beyond kindness with her. She got to touch a turtle and pet the snake. I can't praise everything enough. We will go back next year and every year that we are still physically able.‬

‪Beautiful Georgia State Park Campground‬

‪Beautiful campground. Haven’t been since 2004. Stayed 9-nites. Host and employees were all very nice and helpful.
Helen is only 10 min drive away. Quaint town with lots of beer choices. Octoberfest was in full swing.
Do the tubing. It’s so much fun.
Hiked Anna Ruby Falls 2x’s. Very nice and friendly dogs are welcome on trail.
Very much enjoyed our visit.

‪Awesome state park with lots to do.‬

‪went camping with my mom and Grandson and enjoyed it thoroughly. there is lots to do there and stores nearby. The staff is great. We went to cabbage patch babyland, Brasstown Bald, missed Ziplining plus the other things they offer if you go take advantage of the campgrounds or the hotel there. Ask about military discounts and id you are a friends of ga holder they give 10 percent discounts of some things. ‬
