I brought my daughter here to let her get some energy out. We have been coming for years. I was sitting in the back by myself, minding my own business, but I did have a water bottle I was told I could not have a water bottle I told him I did not care where I got the water even if it was from the sink, I just did not drink soda, yes I was frustrated. Yes I was mad the manager went and got the owner who was very rude instead of offering me a cup of water she wanted me to leave my water bottle upfront, which I refuse to do this day and time I’m not leaving my drinks, unattended.
I had purchased almost $30 in food and drinks are ready for me and my daughter. This was just a regular water bottle. We ended up leaving. I was not bothering a soul and they ruined my day by getting me upset over a water bottle which I offered to put in my purse. The water was almost gone anyway, I was willing to refill it in the sink as I told the manager that. That way it would be inside water and not brought from outside.

Grandson's BD party was a total disappointment at this place. Told us no food or drink could be brought in, but had to send family to buy ice for watered down drinks. They could only provide one pitcher since they did not have enough pitchers. Brought pizza and left on table with no drinks. Pizza was ice cold. Asked for fresh pizza. Left cold pizza on table and brought hot pizza when party was nearly over. Finally brought drinks for everyone. Again so watered down, it was impossible to tell what kind of drink it was. Charged for the cold pizzas too. Bill was 425.00 for nothing but watery drinks, no ice, a cramped room, cold pizza with barely any toppings, and Monkey Joe could definitely use a good dry cleaning. The costume has seen better days. Take some advice, spend your money elsewhere. The mgr. On duty could use some customer service training. Never again.

Went to a birthday party for a friend’s son. Was total chaos from the time we walked until we left. Couldn’t even get in the door because of people bunched up at sign in screen to do this long disclaimer form you have to fill out online and give all your information like phone number email address home address and birthdays. It was way too much information to give just to say I accept responsibility, The party room was disorganized. No high chairs or booster seats available for little kids. They said they were all being used. We found a box for bday boy . Drinks for adults were empty cups and we were told you to go get in line. The line average 20 to 30 minutes for drinks very very slow,( 2 people on the counter) but it was unbelievably slow. Of course you miss half the party while you’re waiting in line to get your drink, they could’ve just provided pitchers of Coke or at least water, our granddaughters ages two and four did enjoy the climbing and bouncy things that were available although there were lines for those. Don’t suggest doing a party here just way disorganized it seem like they did have enough staff but they were walking around like they didn’t know what they were doing. Possibly an ok place on a weekday but stay away on Saturdays.

Went with my grandaughter and daughter .. so much for the kids to do .. Games bounce houses slides and food

Having 4 kids that range from 5 months to 7-years-old, we are thrilled with “new” Monkey Joe’s. During flu season, we were very hesitant to bring the kids to any play gym but torn because they needed to release energy from being all coupes up in houses during the winter break. We went to MJ tonight, a Thursday, and were SO happy we did! First time since new management and I could see how much hard work they are putting in to try and revive the name of this place. A manager greeted us at the door and welcomed us. He also helped us get a $5 discount through registering both of us on email newsletter (which we wanted anyway because we plan to return). He also made sure within the time all kids that were there, that Monkey Joe AND Monkey Jane visited them, even our baby in the stroller! I counted Over 5+ staff present not including him and each employee routinely cleaned every bench, you, video game, etc. and the bathrooms....spotless. I am very judgemental of bathrooms at play gyms because the idea of socks in the bathroom feels very wrong to me, lol. But I can say that I wasn’t afraid. Clean and dry sinks, air freshener, and toilets were clean. Biggest thing I loved aside from the cleanliness (which is number one reason for 5 star rating)? Every time my kids were on different pieces of equipment, I noticed an employee took notice and “manned” that area, keeping an eye on them. Safety and cleanliness, folks. I don’t know the management. I wasn’t paid for any ad. I just popped on here because before we came, I saw the 1 star review which threw us for a loop. I had to say my piece in case anyone else questioned going there due to any bad reviews. Not knocking anyone else’s experience but wanted to share mine. We will be back often. Thanks MJ!

It is small place and easy to keep an eye on the child. friendly staff and can snack and have soft drinks while kids have a great time. Place is full of staff who are helpful too. Its our favorite place to take grand daughter -3 yo

I generally bring my son to this place 1-3 times a month or my wife or mother bring him cause he has a great time but our last visit was bad I was out of town and my wife and mother took him up there and he left their facility with scratches that drew blood and a black eye my wife spoke to a manager and they discussed somethings and I went the next day only to have the manager be very rude and defensive when I made the comment that they had more referees on the floor than I've ever seen before I made it a point to say that I wasn't there to get any free things or money I wanted to share some ideas I had to help their employees identify children that are too big to play on their inflatables or playground area she was instantly aggresive towards me and said that they have everything done right and they are not wrong

i take my neice here a few time a month very inexpesive and i can sit and do my work while she runs wild and free through the bouncy houses. there is clean views so i dont have to move around too much when i am looking for her. unless there are tons of kids of course.
