Allure was a great spa experience. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. The spa is clean and up to date. My husband got me the 3 hour spa experience after having our son. Loved getting pampered after having a baby. The massage and facial were both great. The sauna after is amazing too! Very pleased will be back again!

Great experience on Mother’s Day weekend with my mother & sister in law! Carmen, the Spa Coordinator was absolutely wonderful! She made our experience very pleasant and relaxing. Massage & sauna was great as well as the chocolate covered strawberries & champagne :) Thank you so much!

I have called and emailed twice for a massage via the online appointment request. Never heard back from any of my requests - not sure if there are even open for business.
Will drive by and hope to be able to use the gift card I received for Mother's day.

This was honestly the best experience! What I got from my experience there today was worth more than money can buy. I feel like my mind body and soul was just cleansed.
I walked in and was quickly escorted to the back to a room that was very warm and comfortable. I got a locker for my belongings with key. I was provided a robe and flip flops (sanitized of course). I changed and was promptly greeted again and escorted to my 1 hour facial service. I’m ashamed I do not remember this woman’s name (typical of me), but she was absolutely AMAZING! I have every intention of seeing her again. After I was finished my face felt like I was 16 again (I’m 37 🤫). I was then brought back to that original comfortable room where my masseuse would then greet me. I had a very relaxing and rejuvenated massage. Everyone likes their massage different so I cant say much more than that, but I was satisfied. I then was brought to a small comfortable room where I was served chocolate covered strawberries with champagne. 😁
I had this peri treatment I believe it was. I basically dipped my hand into a warm wax and then they were wrapped and put into mittens. I was still able to enjoy my champagne so not to worry. Ha!
I LOVED this treatment. This is a great treatment for people like me with rougher than usual texture due to my sensitive skin and using so much hand sanitizer. I’m a nursing student so I use a lot! Anyways for normal hands this is a must have during winter months.
After that much needed treatment I was brought back to that original welcoming room where I got dressed. I took a 15 minute steam and then a great shower with all the best products at my finger tips. Just bring a comb if you take a steam. You are provided a wrap towel thing or you can wear underwear I actually thought ahead and brought myself a pair of bikini bottoms that I wore with the wrap over. Anyways, just for people like me who worry about stuff like that.
If I was to rate my experience it was a 10 out 10. No hesitation on that. Everyone there was warm and welcoming and prompt. They are very organized and you feel like you are the only client there, but your not. It’s that they have everyone scheduled in such a way that it’s just complete bliss and you just get to feel like you are.
I’m so grateful for my 2 1/2 hour treatment- 3 hour stay.
Men, if your wife just had a baby a few months ago, please buy her a package. If you want to enjoy some bliss as a couple, buy a package!
Men, if you found yourself in the doghouse, this will get you out. Ha!

Service was super top notch. We were running late, but the woman who checked us in made sure we optimized our time to get the whole experience. We used a Groupon for a couples massage which included an hour of massages, time in a separate room with really delicious champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, and then followed up with time in a steam room. Everything was clean as well. I would definitely patronize again with it without the Groupon!

The customer service and level of professionalism was TOP NOTCH! We will definitely be returning. From the time we booked our on-line appointment until the end of the service, everything was perfect! The staff cares and treated us like royalty from the time we walked into the door.

Amazing! Best deep tissue massage I’ve had. First time getting a facial, it was nice pleasant and my skin feels great! Already made my next appointment!

I highly recommend Allure De Vie for laser hair removal! Roberta is highly trained with years of experience and makes the process very easy. Prices are great, booking appts is simple with reasonable availability, their equipment is top notch and makes the process significantly less painful than other machines I've experienced at other locations. I did a lot of research on different locations before selecting Allure De Vie and the upfront work paid off because this is truly the best medspa for this treatment.

I come away from my fiasco with Allure De Vie wishing two things: 1) that I took more seriously the experiences of all the previous negative reviews on Yelp, Tripadvisor, etc. (because those same things happened to me over and over) and 2) that I could actually leave some type of review of this business based on their actual service. However, I was never given the opportunity to receive the Couples Massage that I paid for because of their inability to actually be contacted or respond to reach outs. I recognize its hard in this market now to get sufficient staffing, however after over 4 WEEKS of waiting for a promised call back from the manager, I never did and just gave up. Even after REPEATED attempts on the phone, leaving voicemails, writing emails and using their "contact us" form on their website, the supposedly only person that could help me with my problem never tried to reach back out to me once. Even during normal business hours, calls go straight to voicemail 4 times out of 5 (and I know because I literally called at least 10 times). And when someone does happen to pick up, they just say they are powerless and that I just have to wait for the manager to call me back. This happened during the September-October 2022 timeframe. I honestly can't understand how a business can survive for as long as they have without picking up their phone or ever responding to customers. I really hope they are able to get their business in order but had to provide my cautionary tale to the public.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the ambiance of the spa and received the most wonderful facial from Agnes today. Everyone is so warm and courteous. I will definitely drive out to Edison Park from Lincoln Park to schedule another facial!

How do you schedule a spa package that has been purchased for you as a gift?

They have a booking form on their website. If you fill that out, they should call you back. Otherwise just give them a call.

I do not, the facial was around $70 and an hour massage is around $95. You can call and they’ll give you actuals
Hi, I was wondering if at this spa you do permanent makeup removal? An if so what would it cost be to have a procedure done. On partial Parts of both of the eyebrows not the entire eyebrow?
