‪We did this when visiting the Hancock Tower (we got the view, Tilt and sip ticket, which I'd totally recommend). The thought of this is actually way more scary than actually doing it, so I'd recommend doing it. Doesn't last long though, which is probably just as well.‬

‪Waste of money‬

‪This seemed like it was going to be a fun and exciting way to see Chicago, but it was a complete waste of money. The observation deck itself was very nice and the views were beautiful but the addition of the Tilt was a complete waste of money and time. The actual experience was about two minutes long and for most of it we were being told to look this way and that way for photos.‬

‪It's a fun quick little thing to add to the Chicago 360 place. Great view, it's doesn’t feel that scary. Expect the typical photo op, where you get a ticket to look at your pictures to buy and some other high crowd type attraction shopping opportunities. If it's your thing you are in the right place, if it's not, they are respectful of it but it still takes time on the visitor's side. It's ok to do it once, not so much to repeat but that is a personal take.‬

‪The male bartender who was on staff Nov 6, 2013 at 5pm was extremely rude. Several of us were waiting to get our Sip and View drinks when he ignored the line and asked another party for their drink order. I told him we were next in line and he said that was not how it worked there, that lines were not a thing...weird since there was a line since I got there. When I told him we had been waiting and he should have noticed he said, "I just started my shift. Do you want to argue or do you want a drink?" He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging paying customers who were waiting to be served, he decided to be rude and confrontational. The view is great, but the CloudBar is not worth it.‬

‪Disastrous! Do not waste your money!

We made reservations in August for our October trip after hearing about it on on Barstools. Literally everything was horrible! It was 95 degrees in the whole place, there’s no point in having a reservation because we waited 1 1/2 hours, there was an issue with our tickets because I overly cautiously emailed them to my husband so they said they had been duplicated, the “package” (total joke) included a drink that also included waiting in line for 30 mins then the actual experience is so stupid! Do not go!‬

‪Not worth the hype. They didn’t honor timed entry so despite showing up 5 minutes early for our time slot we had to wait 45 mins while people who purchased later tickets got to go ahead of us. The ride is only about 60 seconds long. Not worth the wait or the price. ‬

Visited 31.8.23 at 3.30pm and there were no queues, fantastic views

‪10 dollars per person to have their nose barely pressed to the window for a few seconds. Honestly not great. Chewing on a glass floor is much more impressive. Tourist trap.‬

‪Not worth the money, time and wait. Don't spend the extra money on this attraction. The attraction only lasts for about a minute or less, and the view isn't any better when you're tilted downwards. This is a pure tourist trap and a money grabber. I was expecting a longer time spent on this and was left quite disappointed. Spend some time admiring the views instead. The idea behind this attraction is brilliant, but this just isn't winning me over.‬

‪You pay 30 something $ for actually nothing ... if you add 9$ you have the tilt attraction where you go 30-45 degrees down also not worth it ... so we were with 10 and paid 326$ for 20 minutes nothing‬
