‪There's a lot of schedule events here during summer time like Rockin in the park every Thursday and a fireworks afterwards. Check their website for the schedule of events. We had fun.‬

‪Don't miss the Big Ten Experience‬

‪The 200,000-square-foot Parkway Bank Park Entertainment District in northwest suburban Rosemont, near O'Hare International Airport, is home to a dozen venues offering international cuisine, nightlife, live music, comedy, state-of-the-art film, bowling, even motorcycling and indoor skydiving. Lots of family fun. For an 80-year-old retired sportswriter, however, my favorite go-to destination is the Big Ten Experience. Located on the first floor of the new three-story, $20 million Big Ten Conference headquarters, which is adjacent to the Parkway Bank Park, the Big Ten Experience features a collection of 13 interactive exhibits that showcase conference notables dating to 1896, when the conference was founded. The museum gives patrons an interactive behind-the-scenes look at student-athletes and Big Ten school traditions along with radio and television features of notable conference accomplishments on and off the field. See highlights of Jesse Owens, Red Grange, Nile Kinnick, Tom Harmon, Otto Graham, Dick Butkus, Archie Griffin, Cazzie Russell, Jerry Lucas and Isiah Thomas. Look up statistics, learn about the Big Ten sports legends and listen to famous radio and TV calls of unforgettable football and basketball games. Remember Nick Anderson's game-winning three-point shot as Illinois beat Indiana in 1989? Or Keith Smart's game-winning shot as Indiana won the 1981 NCAA championship? Before you leave, take a Heisman Trophy Photo Op. Strike a Heisman pose and take home a photo.‬

‪Great area to hang out and get some good food. The parking is easy and most places will validate for you.
There is a nice selection of restaurants and bars. The park area is nice to hang out in. It hosts different events throughout the year.‬

‪Good Time on Friday Night, despite closures‬

‪My great beautiful friend and I went here on the Friday night of Labor Day weekend, looking for some live entertainment after being couped up most of the spring and summer with shelter-in-place orders, closures, cancellations, etc. Zanie's was closed and Bub's had no musicians playing, but Adobe Gilas had a great guy playing guitar and singing during dinner. After we left, a DJ apparently played dance music into the wee hours. We walked around to many of the restaurants and bars, and found more places to eat and go when we return.

Definitely planning another trip here.‬

‪A fun hangout spot with many choices for dining and entertainment and now called “Parkway Bank Park.” It is ironic that the word “park” happens so often in the name of this place, because the parking at this “entertainment destination” is a disaster and the architect who designed it should be embarrassed.‬

‪Free Summer Concerts‬

‪From end of May until the beginning of September there is "Rockin in the Park" free concerts every Thursday evening from 7 PM until 10 PM with local bands performing.
I enjoyed it very much. Get there early to reserve an open bench. Plenty of food and drink vendors to choose from.‬
