So very good to back!
It’s been such a long time that we’ve been in isolation and unable to visit our gyms. The staff here have been excellent about keeping in touch, making sure members were ok, and most importantly, knew when and how we could return.
The hygiene standards are EXCELLENT, nothing to worry about here.
All the assistance you need to get back into the swing of things, too.
Check before you come, so you don’t bring too much stuff - we’re limiting clutter and ‘touchables’ so it’s easier to keep on top of all the sanitising etc.

As an active senior, I am gaining so much from my BLK membership. Aside from getting fit and feeling great, there is a really great vibe, especially in the gym, where I have received much encouragement and help from the trainers - in fact, all the staff give out such positive messages I go home feeling happy and energised.

Went to a swimming carnival here. Excellent amenities, caters to all sorts of sports. Very clean, free parking and even a parking assistant to tell you where to go.

I was at the BLK Performance centre with a group of cricket players. The facilities are top notch and the layout and opportunities excellent. The variety of food served at breakfast and dinner is a credit to the management of the place. If you are looking for a great place for groups, the BLK Center is it!

You might think this Sports Centre is mainly for serious, elite athletes or school children. Or maybe for people undergoing rehab or physio courses. You’d be so wrong!
All kinds of people come here, for so many reasons, the place is constantly humming with activity.
Loads of off-street parking, close to public transport (a short walk from the Runaway Bay shopping centre buses, and the library), the Centre has its own Cafe upstairs, plus lots of exercise spaces indoors and out. And you’ll enjoy the classes in the indoor pool during winter ;)
The gym is really busy but everyone’s friendly and helpful, sharing the equipment as quickly as they can. If you need help, and don’t have your own trainer, you can get good advice easily.
Joining rates are affordable - talk with Corinne, or Marina, or anyone at the front desk.
There’s no judgement about who comes or why people are coming, just a friendly greeting each time you return. And celebration of everyone’s achievements. That’s pretty special, wouldn’t you agree?

The Runaway Bay Super Centre has amazing facilities. Located at the Northern End of the Gold Coast.
From running tracks, gyms, pools and much much more.

I am a member of this great Sports Centre. It is an excellent venue and they have just spent in excess of $3M to update the gym equipment. The pool is great for swimming and having a sunbake. The staff are amazing to deal with.

The Runaway Bay Sports Supercentre provides a first class training and exercise facility. There is a wide range of equipment available in an amazing new gym, the sports field is first class, as are the two swimming pools. Very helpful staff complement this great centre.

Hi Ang,
Yes absolutely we do. We're currently running the program on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons up until the marathon. After the marathon, our run club will continue on Tuesday's throughout the year.
