We are on a girls trip trying to just get r & r and we find this hidden gem!!! Let me tell you I got in the chair and started breathing in the salt and had a best 45 mins of sleep. Also they sell amazing products.. I might be back sooner than later! I could feel it helping my sinuses open up!!

My family all rented the salt cave while gathering in Bloomington for a weekend. I had never been to a salt spa and must admit I was a bit apprehensive about the whole idea. I couldn't have been more wrong. It was wonderful! The session is 45 minutes and it flies by. Very, very relaxing and enjoyable. I would love to do it again and highly recommend it.

Wow, thanks so much for your kind review! I am sorry to be so late in my response, just getting the hang of trip adviser. I love having family's in the cave, such a great bonding time while getting your reispatory system cleaned!
The thing I love the most is when people go in as a group (family, co-workers, birthdays,, bachelorette) and they are taking, laughing and having a good time. In about 15-20 minutes in the room goes quiet as they are discovering the calming and relaxing environment. The negative ions are the secret sauce that put people into a restive state.

My teenage son and I visited the Salt Cave today for the first time. It was such a beautiful space! After being there a only a short time for a tour, I could feel my breathing feeling freer! ( Fall has been seasonal allergy time for me.) I'm looking forward to spending more time there. I hear that massage therapy will be available there soon, too!
Laura, the owner, is very helpful and accommodating, as well.

We had a girl's evening and tried the Salt Cave for the first time. It was amazing! Not only was it relaxing, it was energizing too. We had such a great experience, and the owner is knowledgeable and helpful.
So many session variations, activities, and groups that you can participate in this unique, healthy Bloomington treat!

A very calming healthful experience. Twinkling lights, salt therapy so relaxing. I felt my sinuses open up as I breathed in the salt. I didn't know if I would be able to sit still for 45 minutes, but the time went by quickly.
