I have been here on several occasions and thoroughly enjoyed the reflexology.
Visited recently on the off chance that they had space but was welcomed by a very rude person at the reception.
He went on to proudly declare that they had no space whatsoever and delivered this while laughing to my face. Strange attitude!
This person needs some training in being courteous especially when you work in a service industry!
Hope to revisit and be welcomed like any paying client.

Sorry to hear you had this experience with the receptionist person. I believe he was not mocking you but probably was laughing on something else, but I will make sure they will behave better in the future and I thank you for your feedback
As you mentioned you came several times at the Spa and enjoy the experience each time, I found a bit unfair you rate us 1 star only because this experience.

Nyaman banget spa di sini. Sesuai ekspektasi. Ngga jauh dari lokasi kantor di daerah alternative sentul. Feel suasana dapat, feel pijit nya apalagi, berendampun nikmat rasanya. Nyaman bangetttt.

Très jolie surprise de découvrir un endroit charmant avec une excellente qualité de massage. Élégant et selon les standards européens pour un prix très raisonnable.
Venant du chaos de Jakarta, la tranquillité que l'on y trouve est un bonheur.
De plus il y a un bar restaurant à côté où vous pouvez déguster du fromage type raclette.

A very friendly, nice spa with patio to hangout with friends while having a drink and snacks. The massage is really good, very clean place and most importantly clean bathroom. The owners will speak to you and make you feel home. I recommend this place for the whole family.

I'm lucky enough to have this lovely spa & cafe on my doorstep. It has a very relaxing ambience with fantastic, friendly staff. All the treatments I've had thus far have been very enjoyable with exceptional professionalaism & welcoming service. I also love that I get to sip a cold glass of wine throughout my treatments :) A big thumbs up!!!

Can I just pay to use the facilities like the jacuzzi, swimming pool, spa, massage etc without staying in the hotel? Because I already booked the hotel then only I realized this wonderful place.

Aurora SPA is just a spa not part of a hotel, so you can use all the facilities independently.
