‪We visited on a busy Sunday. We went to the pumpkin patch and had fun perusing the market. It seemed they had more tractors/shuttles to the patch this year which cut down on wait times.‬

‪Very busy but fun‬

‪Brought the wife, stepdaughter and grandkids for a day of pumpkins and fun. They enjoyed the bamboo maze, gem mining, slide and farm tour on the grain train. Apple cider donuts were pretty good as were the cookies and ice cream. A busy crowd kept us adults from a wine tasting but we had some drinks while the kids were in the pumpkin patch. The wife had a glass of Sweet Marcella while I had a blackberry whiskey lemonade. Both were very good. We had a good time, but probably would have been better if it weren't so busy.‬

‪You Will Want to Visit this Place‬

‪What a fun experience! We were only there for a tasting of their spirits. (They don’t offer tours in October because they are preparing for their festival.) They offer some great options - gin, rum, whiskey/bourbon are my preferences, but brandy and liqueurs are available too. They allow you up to seven samples so we were able to try several options new to us. There were so many activities going on when we visited. Food is served and the gift shop offered many quality products. Our bartender, Audra, was great. She provided background on each of our selections and gave an in-depth history on the farm that is now operating under its 6th and 7th generations. It was a great way to spend an afternoon.‬

‪Holy Smokes! What a Find!‬

‪This review is for the winery.

These people know and love wine. I've been in wineries where they will give you a wine tasting but they don't really care about what they're serving. This is the exact opposite of that - these people love each and every one of their wines like it was their own child.

It's quite a bit off the beaten path but so worth the trip - what a find!‬

‪Good cider mill‬

‪I haven't been to a cider mill in so long and this place was a pleasant surprise. It's huge and has so much to do and see. I could have spent the whole day there. Prices were ok but not cheap. The products were very unique. It is worth a visit!‬

‪Fun and Interactive!‬

‪What a great spot!! Fun for all occasions- date day, family outing, work function, etc. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend there! We enjoyed sampling the Seyval Blanc and Bourbon Slushy while strolling the beautiful grounds. We fed the ducks by the pond while the kids all played football on the nearby grass. We then spent the majority of our time in the Family Farm Park. Admission is very reasonably priced at $6 a person ($5 a person for groups of 6 or more) and there is so much for the kids (of all ages) to do in there! We had dinner reservations for the Family Restaurant on the grounds, otherwise we would have loved to stay longer and explore more!

As for the restaurant, it is known for Family Style dishes. We had coleslaw, Waldorf salad, green beans, honey ham and mashed potatoes. I thought these dishes were all average to good. However, the fried biscuits with apple butter were amazing. The country fried chicken was outstanding! And I found myself eating the chicken and dumplings for breakfast the next morning- so good!

We will definitely be returning and spending the whole day here! There is so much more we didn't explore like the Ice Cream Factory and picking the current season's fresh produce.‬

‪Don’t get the peach ice cream. Yuck.‬

‪Tractor ride was fun, food decent, music decent. Don’t waste money on the ice cream. Expensive and flavorless. My wife tossed the peach ice cream after 2 bites.‬

‪Nice Outing from Louisville‬

‪Just 45 minutes from downtown Louisville, a delightful journey through the countryside of south Indiana. The winery is large with gift shop, ice cream shoppe, farmer's market, wine tasting, live music and a restaurant on the grounds. The wine is pretty good but the folks are friendly and we were glad we went.‬

‪Nice place, but poor product.‬

‪Bought what is an expensive strawberry rhubarb pie today. store highly recommended as "loaded with fresh strawberries". very sad, could buy this jello type filling at grocery store. No strawberries in pie, also no rhubarb flavor, ZERO. Very sad for such a nice place. Way way overhyped and priced for what you get. Can make much better at home from a can of filling. Kind of a ripoff.‬
