Made reservations online, check n was fast and easy. Very friendly staff, river was nice. Will go again.

This is a fabulous outfit! Well organized, friendly staff. Thanks for a great float Connie, Dave and Ben!!! I had to cancel some rain phobic people from our reservation and it was not a problem. Can't wait to do another float!

This was the first time using Riverside Rentals to go tubing. They were so accommodating and extremely helpful. My husband is wheelchair bound and needed help getting in the float. Our group was able to get him situated but every employee we encountered offered to help and were so kind. We will absolutely be back. They will hold your keys for you so you don't have to worry about them while on the water. They have changing rooms, cooler floats available, and over and beyond friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The online booking process was quick and easy. We signed our waivers online and were ready to go day of with no hassles. The location was easy to find and parking was abundant. Check in was quick. We took a shuttle to the drop off point. We got right in the water. There were signs along the river so we knew how far we were on the course. The trip ended right back where we started, so we could take our time and sightsee without having to worry about getting back or catching a shuttle. They have a great setup and the equipment was well maintained. Would definitely go again!

Tubing is a fun adventure with friends and Riverside Rentals makes everything easy. We filled out everything online before we arrived and after a quick check in, we were on the bus and heading to the river.
We got the rocket tubes instead of the traditional donut tubes because we knew we’d be chatting the whole way and wanted to be able to sit up and be comfortable while doing so. The rocket tubes are pretty comfortable. And even come with cup holders.
The rocket tubes are supposed to come with oars, but they forgot to give us ours. Which would have been really, really helpful given how low the water level is currently. In most places there is very little to no current to carry you. We were determined, at first, to not leave the comfort of our tubes. So we were paddling with our hands. For a 3 and 1/2 mile journey, that gets pretty tiring. So we had to eventually give up and walk our floats for part of the way.
The moral of the story is: make sure you get the oars if you order a rocket tube. The river is very pretty, the equipment was top notch, and we had a good day otherwise.

We recently did the 3.5 hour tube float w the “rocket” tubes(tubes w neck rests, cup holders) with our 16, 18 & 19 year old kids and had an awesome day! We reserved our tubes (including a cooler tube 👍🏻) and completed our waivers online so when we arrived all we had to do was check in and get on the shuttle. Super easy, the staff were all really friendly and helpful. It was a hot day & the river felt amazing. We enjoyed chatting with a few other groups along the trip as you can stop along sand bars, etc. The river had a very gentle, relaxing current. At one point, a deer was walking along the shoreline munching on grass-so beautiful. It was a wonderfully relaxing day on the water for our family.

My family and friends have been going tubing here for years and we will continue for years to come! The staff is always very helpful and always has accommodated our party like adding 1 or 2 people to a full trip. Riverside is awesome and you'll have a great day on the river!

Went on the tube float with son and friends. Young adults with no phone for over 3 hours and they still had a great time! In the moment, actually talking and laughing with one another. A beautiful day with nature! *Wear shoes the whole trip, even if you're tempted not to. There're some toe busting rocks and trees under the current.

Great activity for older kids. We had so much fun floating the river. We saw deer, groundhogs and a goat! Staff was friendly and efficient in getting us checked in and dropped in the water. Highly recommend the red tracker raft. I rented one for myself but kids wanted to steal it.

Nice place with friendly people. We reserved our spots on line but you don’t have to. It depends on the day and time you want to go. Check before going. Everything was explained to us before we got our tubes to float down the river. Bring drinks and food and rent a cooler tube. So nice and relaxing floating down the river. Definitely recommend
