Slot machines are really tight you can’t win anything there not to mention all the rude people there and all the slot machine vultures it’s not a very good atmosphere and the machines are tight if your in the area skip rhythm and just go across the river to ballys

Stayed here for a weekend. This is a top notch casino/hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious. They have a salt water pool, which is so much nicer than chlorine pools. The casino is smallish, however they have a lot of gaming options and the bands they had were great. I have been to all the casinos in the quad cities area and this is by far the best.

We have stayed here before, we still love the hotel and casino. Wish the front desk would have told us that there was no housekeeping during our stay. They only give you enough towels, soap, and coffee for one night. I know we could have called and asked for more, but we did make do. Love that everything is spotless, and well kept.
Had lots of fun playing the slots. Wish it was a non smoking environment.

My sister and I traveled to the Quad Cities specifically to explore and check out the casinos. We are small-time gamblers, so never expect a return on our "investment" but like clean facilities. This one is colorful and clean, great ventilation and would definitely return.

Great place, Ruthies restaurant at the top was excellent as was the sports bar slightly let down as we stayed 3 days asked for our Room to be made up and new towels but nobody ventured in during our stay disappointing…!!!!!

I liked the casino and facility more than I thought I would, but there is still room for improvement.
I stayed during the week and still could not get the room type I wanted. I did book somewhat last minute so book early to get your preferred room type. Room was nice and the air conditioning worked great. I stayed for 3 days (checked in on a Tuesday and left on a Friday).
The problems came in when trying to get clean towels on day 2 and 3. They apparently do not have enough towels for all the guests and I never got all the towels I requested. Also, one of the times I called for towels, I had to call 3 times before someone at the front desk answered the phone and then I waited for an hour for said towels and had to call back before they were delivered to my room.
Also, the check out time is taken VERY seriously. I was automatically checked out of my room, so I never saw my bill as you usually see that when you check out through the tv. Check out time is at 11 am. I was just getting ready to leave the room at 10:58 and a hotel worker knocked on my door and asked if I was leaving. I said yes and was just gathering up my things to leave and he said no problem. Less than a minute later, another hotel worker knocked on the door to ask if I was leaving. I was at the end of the hallway so I know the 2nd worker saw the 1st worker knock. Technically it was still not 11 am yet, so I did not appreciate being thrown out (even if it was 11 am is there not a short 5 - 10 minute grace period?).
Also tried to walk in The Spa to get a pedicure and nothing was open until the next afternoon, so no Spa treatments for me and my friends. No biggie but too bad there aren't enough workers to accommodate walk ins.
The pros are that the food at the Sports Book is REALLY good. Their buffet food is good also, but unfortunately it was not open during my visit this time. The casino is nice in that the non-smoking section is in the front of the casino, so you do not have to wade through a cloud of smoke if you prefer to play in the non-smoking section.
I will likely gamble here again, but I don't know if I would stay here again until their customer service improves. Also, it would be nice to have more food options generally speaking and also some that are open later since the casino is open 24 hours.

Good place to visit, but NOT for gamblers. Don't go there thinking "big wins" because they cater to one coin-per-line players. Machines are super tight because. The slot attendants have literally nothing to do because there are so few (if none) jackpots - even when the place is packed. People woo hoo over winnning a hundred dollars - that's how tight it is. The casino tends to cater to smokers, so non-smokers beware. Very limited dining. Everything closes up early too, nowhere to get food later unless you can get into the sports bar. Overall, a good place to visit, but not to gamble - lousy low-pay, annoyingly excessive penny machines for mom and pop. So don't go there thinking you'll win big.

Pleasantly surprised. Bright and spacious. Clean and saw cleaning being done while there. Will go back and try the hotel. Had a great time.

We stayed here on our wedding night to use the spa services the next day. We planned a whole spa day with a couple's massage to make up for our wedding reception being cancelled due to Covid. The morning of our spa day after we had spent over $200 on the room, they called and cancelled on us. After speaking with the resort manager and hotel manager, they offered no apology, nothing to make up for it (not even a discount or credit of any kind for the future), and gave a complete lackluster response to someone celebrating a marriage at their facilities. We have spent a lot of money here at their casino and Ruthie's, but will NEVER come back after this and will continue to share this horrible customer service experience with everyone we know.

Average casino, we find we can usually play a little longer on a certain amount of money than at some others. That's not saying a lot, but it is what it is. Not win, but play.
The selection of slots that we like to play is limited here though. Of some others we might play, they are stuck in non-smoking, unfortunately so we don't play those.
We came New Year's eve day for a banquet, that's what they called it anyway. It was quite disappointing. Any food that should be hot was barely warm at best.
The Caesar Salad was a long chuck of lettuce with a tiny bit of salad dressing dribbled very sparingly across it...almost none on it. The Petite Filet Mignon, maybe petite isn't the correct wording, very, very small would be more accurate. I guess that's what it was, it was somewhat tender. Said it would be served with Perigourdine sauce, but came with nothing. Just a more or less dry piece of meat served from a serving try/hopper the same as many other items were served.
The Lobster tail, decent amount of Lobster meat. Seemed maybe a bit over cooked and no melted butter available. And the desert, the Mojitto Mousee Confection....horrible. The Twice baked potato? You would really have to search to find potato's that small : - )
The banquet was a bust for us. Certainly nothing like what some other casinos do as a player's appreciation dinner or banquet. IOC in Waterloo has invited us to such things before and yes, it's the real deal. It would be like dinner here from Ruthie's Steakhouse. This was nothing like that, not even close. It seemed to us like there wasn't enough thought or effort put into this.
In my opinion the Buffet would have been better than this and we're not fans of the Buffet here at all. We'll think twice next time around.

Hi Patricia! We do have a hot tub next to our pool. However, Shirley B's response was not correct. She is referring to Jumer's Casino, not Rhythm City Casino. We do have a Business Center and Exercise Room right next to our pool.
