Small interactive museum. Would be good for families. The lady that took us around and answered questions was extremely helpful and nice.

Stopped to seek information from the Genealogy Center on the 2nd floor. They were a huge help and helped us find information on family in KS in the 1900s. Museum and Gift shop feature Salina history and current artists' crafts. Highly recommend stopping and finding out about this area.

We were making the end of a long coach trip. This was another stop. It was important as a local educational visit. Good to see, but not memorable.

They are so good about changing out their exhibits and having new things to discover.

An interesting little museum that has no entrance fee, just a donation box and a small gift shop with tourist items and handmade items by local artists. We spent as much time talking with the very knowledgeable employee as we did exploring the museum. Well worth a couple of hours of your time.

The museum is one of my grandchildrens' favorite place to visit. There's lots of fun hands on displays. They are learning & have a great time all at once.

I think if you have kids, this might be alright. But, I found the overall package a little dry. Some of the exhibits are cheesy, but again, kids will probably like it.

We stumbled on this by accident and we were very pleasantly surprised, very quaint, clean and fun to see how they served their speciality and try out the barbecue ribs sandwich! It was nice to have such a great meal at the end of the long travel day, wow, great in every way!

This is such a wonderful museum, with informative and caring staff members! It's free to visit the museum and they have a wonderful little store filled with homemade products from Kansas! This is a don't miss if you are visiting Salina. Goof for all ages. Lots of interactive exhibits with fun and engaging displays and facts!
