The staff at Jump Air Zone is great. I appreciated their kindness and customer service. My daughter said one guy was “the nicest guy on the planet”. There are many areas to jump, although a few areas like the foam pit are closed b/c of Covid. The facility was clean and honored social distancing.

This is a great way for the kids to get some of their energy out! They love it! Friendly staff and snack bar is convenient too! When they got home they both needed a nap!

There are only so many times they can jump before they get bored. My grandson wants to go there, but overtime we go he & his friends get bored rather quickly.

My 13 year old son asks to come almost weekly. This is a real treat for him. We come on Tues when we can bc they have the buy 1 hour get 2nd hour free. He is having surgery on Thursday so this is before surgery outing.

Had a good time jumping, and jumping, and shooting baskets while jumping, then more jumping while doing some jumping.

What a wonderful place!! They were sooo kind and accommodating. We went with 3 adults and 5 kids. The kids had a blast and so did the adults!! The manager even put on the music we requested. The place was very clean & well maintained.

Pretty fun place, come here all the time. They several different stations. One is a large area with multiple trampolines, another is for dodge ball, one where you land in foam ball pit, basket ball slam station, and one for area for tiny tots. You can lease for birthdays. They have a snack bar. Pay by the hour. The only problem is the the smokers sit right outside by the entrance, they need to move the smokers further away from the door.

I've been to this place a few times with my 3 kids and they absolutely love it!! Prices are great and they even have specific area just for toddlers, which is great. It's by far the best place in Bowling Green to go out and have some fun! The staff and management were also very friendly. Highly recommended!

We've been to this facility twice. The first was on a weekday in the summer. There were no crowds at that time, so all the kids enjoyed themselves and the staff kept order on the different jumps.
The second time was on a holiday weekend. It was much more crowded. There were not enough staff members to manage the crowds and those that were there did not step up to manage the jumpers that were not following the rules. I was concerned for my children's ability to jump safely.
If there aren't many people, it's a good activity for the kids. If it's crowded, find something else to do.

Took grandchildren as a treat. All were having a great time, until my 16 year old grandson went to dodge a ball. He flipped backwards an landed head first on a mat. Had no idea was a solid steel bar under a light padding. Well, needless to say scared Nana to death. Large lump on back of head. So if u think ur kids are safe think again . One lady I talked to said she had already talked with owner about more padding. No worries here, won't b a next time. My grandson could have been seriously hurt. I am thankful 4 a lump, not a broken neck. So be aware of lack of padding in between trampolines.
