We booked the easiest room “ the museum”. We had 1 hour to get out. You get clues and you can call for them. Make sure someone is on the phone that’s a good communicator. We got out with 15 mins to spare. It’s not as easy as I thought though. Thank goodness we had 3 kids with us to help. Everyone was friendly and helpful and there is a button to open the door in case of an emergency and if this button is pushed not everyone has to leave. Highly recommend this place for families, or a group of friends. Cameras, purses, bags etc aren’t allowed but they do provide a secure bin to put your belongings in. You can take phones in but they ask no pictures be taken so it doesn’t ruin the fun for others.

We had a good time in the Classroom and broke out. The puzzles were fun and hard. We just felt like the room was kind of low-budget. Most escape rooms we’ve done have hidden rooms or compartments, but this room had none. Even the intro video was just text on a screen. No fun images telling the background story. The background story they described was pretty lame unfortunately. Still, I might return to this location. The person helping our group was very nice!

The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a public parking lot directly across the street. It was very clean!

We recently did the Museum escape room. On their website it was rated one of the easiest rooms, but we thought it was pretty difficult. We did end up escaping with the help of a few calls for hints. I know we wouldn't have figured it out without their help. Overall it was fun and we had a good time with it, but after already doing an escape room at another location I don't feel like we had much to go on and there was little to no back story for this room. I feel like there wasn't much flow to it, but maybe I'm just comparing it to the last one we did. Cause like I said we did end up having a good time. I would recommend it for something fun to do if you are in the area of 4th street.

We did the laboratory with 4 minutes to spare! There were 3 adults and a 14 year old and we had a blast! With the website saying that this room had a 33% success rate, we knew we had to try it. The clues were difficult and made you think in a way you wouldn't normally think. I'd enjoy doing another room in the future!

Our family of 4 (with two kids ages 11 and 13) had a lot of fun in the Museum Room. It had lots of cool things we had not seen in other escape rooms (such as the lasers), and it was entertaining from beginning to end. It was difficult but not impossible. We made it out with about 14 minutes to spare and there were only four of us playing. It was a fun family activity and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Louisville!

As stated in the title we are returning guest. This was our third time at Locked In: Louisville. We went the first time a couple months back not knowing what to expect just looking for a fun night out. That night we did the Laboratory. We loved it, it was the escape room that got us hooked. Our team of 8 Made it out with 6:28 remaining. The room was set up very well, clean, organized, couple unexpected surprises, and the staff working was good. A group of us went the 2nd time to the Museum. The museum turned out a little too easy for us. I am not saying I was disappointed, we knew going in it would be an easier one. We made it out with about 32 minutes remaining. I was disappointed and wanted to stay in and play longer. However don't let that deter you from going if a beginner. I can see where it would be a great starting room to understand the basics and learn what to expect. Last night we went to beat the clock in the classroom. We had a group of 6 of us enter the room. The game was tough to get started. We really struggled for the first ten minutes. After that we got on a roll. We were able to exit the room with about 6:34 remaining. (Yes the clock says less, we suck at the art of quick selfie) I highly recommend Locked In: Louisville. Its a great adventure to add to an evening out. We always start here and finish at Howl at the Moon just down the road for drinks and music.

We went there psyched for challenge and adventure and for the most part we had a positive experience. The employee who took us inside the room, however was smug and condescending.. I don't want to dwell on this fact, but it did deflate the experience to have someone who enjoyed telling the group how stupid we all are. I chalked it up to part of the act until we were outside and everyone in the group at once began commenting. We all agree this was so much fun we will do this type of mystery solve again. We will likely reserve the 200 dollar experience for a location with a more mature, better trained staff.

Went to Locked In for a couples night out! Facility was clean, staff was great, and the experience was fun! I would suggest this place to friends and would go back again!

My girlfriend and I did the laboratory room and we had a great time. The room was very challenging and fun. Shawn was our guide for the room and he was excellent. Extremely friendly, great sense of humor, very engaging. I highly recommend coming here. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Louisville.

What are your rates and times available? Can you schedule ahead if time or just talk n?

If you do a team building you get a discount but there aren't any discounts if you just have a large group I think.
