My now wife booked a Jaguar E-Type knowing it was my favourite car and I'm yet to drive one for me and my best man to arrive on our big day, the booking was made a year before the
Wedding so plenty of notice.
Unfortunately what was delivered was a rather dirty and obnoxious American car. I quite literally heard it a street away before it came into sight.
I was informed "the jaguar had broken down and that this was the replacement"
I told the delivery driver I would rather use my own far more modest car and I would be expecting a refund as no notice was given.
So far NEW FOREST CLASSIC & SPORTS CAR HIRE have completely ignored all correspondence and refuse to respond to my request for a refund.
All I can do now is pass on my experience to trading standards and use the internet to warn other.

We hired the Ford Mustang for our wedding day and it made our day! It was easy to book and they were quick to get back to me and answer my queries. The car was lovely and well looked after. Would definitely recommend and will be hiring from them again.

Great day out in a beautiful 1937 Rolls Royce …..my husband really enjoyed the challenge and said that Nick was a very good and patient teacher.
We went with friends and had lunch at the Lime Wood Hotel which completed a most memorable day.
The other cars in the collection looked tempting too !

Hired the Morgan 3 wheeler. Nic the owner made the whole experience easy and was very flexible with pick up and drop off times.

Nick and his team provided a first rate experience when I was hiring a car for a wedding from them. They took time to show me the controls and do a comprehensive test drive before letting me loose - very professional!
Cars are in great condition and you can tell the team really love what they do - putting so much care into service and the cars.

I did plenty of research and decided to hire with New Forest Classic Cars. Their prices were competitive and some of the best.
The service provided with the hire was first rate. Nick (owner) was accommodating and customer focussed with a smile at every turn.
I am not one to usually leave reviews such as this, but felt compelled to due to Nick (owner's) generous spirit and friendly service. He was flexible with the hire period and ensure the experience was one I will remember forever.
I loved it and will certainly hire again.
