Do not waste your time. I just planned my day today, took nearly two hours on public transport to visit this place and was prepared for buying hips of chocolate. It turns out that EVERYTHING COSTS minimum 20% MORE than in the supermarket. The big boxes that are for sale in Coles/Wollies from $20 to $10 dollars frequently, believe it or not cost $25 dollars at the Outlet Factory! Another example, the small bags that are ALWAYS on sale from $8 to $5 dollars in Coles/Wollies, cost $9 there! Noting costs less. Absolutely no-thing. The staff is very friendly and they pretend they have no idea how much things cost there. Even the items that are on clearance or "sale" cost MORE than in Coles. For example some assorted big bags are for sale from $24 to $14.00 However I paid $10 on Coles. I left there without one single purchase because as I am not a clown, as soon as I get to Manly I will buy all the chocolate I want for half price and will NEVER get back to Marsden Park. If you live near the city I recommend you going to Lindt in Martin Place. They cost much much less than you will find in the Outlet Factory. That's all folks!

First visit. Nice display . Cheap if you buy plastic bags of loose chocolates... the other stuff is often cheaper at Coles and other retail outlets

Today (31/12/19) I bought a box of Lindt chocs, supposedly at 50% off, for $15 (ie, they were originally $30).
Coles at Carlingford had exactly the SAME box for $10!! I was taken for a ride!!!

Good selection of chocolates at an affordable price but your barista need to lighten up.
Coffee is average. I ordered a hot drink today and accidentally took someone else's order. I was the only one waiting at the coffee area so I assumed it was my coffee, especially it was personally given to me. As soon as I realised it was not mine (exactly the same as my order), I told the barista, who pretty much gave me attitude and was told, "you took someone else's coffee!" Of course she just repeated what I said. She said a whole lot more and was quite upset. Not something you expect from someone in customer service.
Mistakes like this happen all the time and if your employee can't be a friendly customer service worker, let them consider a career change. Especially I didn't have to admit I made a mistake and could have easily left. No other customer complained. This elderly lady is a bad representation of your prestigious company. Maybe she was reprimanding me like her daughter and forgot she's in customer service. I was not begging for a smile (which clearly never existed), I was only asking for some respect!

My wife and I were overjoyed to find the Lindt Chocolate Factory Outlet. We bought almost 8 packets of chocolates and wish we bought MORE!!!!!
Highly recommend to all for a visit to this place.

Amazing
Went in search for the Lindt shop and cafe, but found this one was not a cafe.
Recieved a sample and then left to browse.
Loads of flavours that we have never seen in NZ
Grabbed some items that were new to us and grabbed a couple of things that we can't get in NZ
Then grabbed a Dark Hot Choc - DEVINE.. just not big enough as I really could have drunk so much more.
Hubby got a Vanilla White Choc milkshake which he really liked, but I say white choc is not choc....
Now to find a Lindt with a Cafe for food...

The day we visited the Pick and Mix boxes were half price. From my experience you need to know your prices but there is always something that is great value. I think they have special days where most items are half price but not sure if it's advertised.
We went for the dark chocolate mochas. These are the only moccas I buy now as they aren't ridiculously sweet.
I would like to see them put in a few tables and chairs and add a few more of the other items available at the Lindt Cafes. You can only get takeaway coffees. They do have some milkshakes/ cold drinks as well.

Great variety, if you are in the mood for some really nice chocolate treats. Often has discounts but it is not always cheaper than other stores.

The Lindt factory outlet has a lot of chocolate and sometimes they have specials. There is a big variety and some chocolates that aren't normally available. The best "deals" are the non-weight ones where you put as much as possible in a container.
Having said this, generally a lot cheaper in the supermarket when on one of their regular specials.
