‪Their products are amazing and they are amazing people willing to go above and beyond to help out! Their COVID strategy is very safe (intercom communication, product-passing window) and doesn't detract from their genuine friendliness. I drove over 90 minutes to get to them and I have absolutely no regrets at all. This place is AMAZING.‬

‪Their Black Raspberry and Dark Chocolate ice creams are among the best ice creams I've had in my entire life. This place is well worth a trip. ‬

‪Good ice cream but....‬

‪We have been there twice now, the first time was a Sunday evening and they only had two flavors left. Today, they had about 8-10. The other farms on the Ice Cream Trail have many more. We went there as a part of the Montgomery County Annual Farm Tour. Their online brochure states "enjoy a delicious dish of our homemade ice cream, topped with juicy tree-ripened peaches." We were really looking forward to it. They had no peaches for the ice cream. When I asked the reply was "we had that last year." Ice cream was pretty good but we really wanted the peach topping.‬

‪Good ice cream...‬

‪This was our last stop on the Maryland Ice Cream Trail, 2017, and it is the closest to our house. They are the only stop that has Guernsey cows, which apparently produce sweeter milk with a golden glow. It makes great ice cream, so try the vanilla. Except... no vanilla today.

They make their own cream with their own ingredients, so their selection seemed to be based largely on what crops had been harvested recently. A few varieties of raspberry, a peach one, dark chocolate, coffee, and well, that was about it. The chocolate, coffee, and vanilla with chocolate covered raspberries were all good. Good prices, good ice cream.

Maybe a visit to the orchard and farm, with a tour of the creamery would have been nice, but there wasn't much going on today. Possibly more lively in the Fall?‬

‪The milk and other products at Rock Hill and FANTASTIC! We call it the "Happy Cow" dairy...cows set their own milking schedule and it is FRESH MILK!! SO YUMMY! (not for lactose intoleratn)‬

‪We had a family outing to the orchard to pick apples. Also visited the creamery & the pumpkin chunkin. We had a blast, so many things to do. The milking parlor was so awesome, watching the robot milk the cows as they came in. We also petted the cows, rode the little tractors, played with the water duck races, as well as chucked some pumpkins. Thank you for a fun filled day!‬
